Superb ambience.we had the business class room, very much spacious, with a nice balcony. Had a tasty lunch. Feels a positive vibe once we reach the hotel. Activities are available for kids, which are paid. Had a good time. Much recommended

Not a good experience with Radisson Karjat. Rooms were not clean well, too many spiders and mosquitoes. Toilet sink choked, frequent power tripped,

Stay was avrage, small property, only for monsoon

1) Dirty Pool water (white dots of all over water in the pool) 2) Obnoxius price of so called Chargeable Games facility - bowling ally 800 per game, etc. 3) After spending 12k, only good part is - very courteous staff, radisson blu tag, very tasty breakfast. Recreation is a nothing.

The rooms were very spacious. Reena and Nazma gave amazing service. They very very polite and efficient in their duties. Food was delicious. Amenities were also fun. Nice resort. Amazing service. Great experience. Staff were too good...

We had a beautiful executive room and all are picky requests were quickly answered - it was a wonderful getaway from the city. At the dining room everyone is so kind and cooperative as well - no doubt they are making here a lot of effort to please the guests. Special thank you for Nazma, Dolly, Shruti, and Himansu who treated us with a great smile and a great amount of kindness. Well recommended.

Santu has been one of the best staff who has helped us beyond expectations. The decorations and arrangement for our anniversary stay was beyond expectations Overall the stay was good and the hospitality was more than expected Thanks radisson for the amazing experience we had during the stay

A turnaround of sorts. DAY 2: A Response to my post on Google and trip advisor, was upgraded to a suit. (Deserved upgrade as I’ve spent more than 28 nights at Radisson properties). The breakfast, mainly the “live counter” was amazing. Dinner was customised to our taste after the previous nights fiasco. A strong comeback. A special mention to NATHA. Travellers visiting should ask proactively for her. 5 stars to her. MAHIMA at the restaurant. Five on five. Fazal at the restaurant. Amazed by his service!!! DAY 1: Giving this review while staying at the property. DO NOT OPT FOR RADISSON MEMBERSHIP. It doesn’t assist you at all. Everyone at the property lies to covers up just to stay away from taking responsibility. Rooms not upto Radisson standards. Food full of soda so much so that your stomach swells in half an hour post eating. 28 Radisson stays and still had to ask for an upgrade just to be turned down. Went for a walk to check the property and found the same rooms unoccupied which were denied as an upgrade. Mosquitoes in room biting mid sleep, so I thought why not give a review. More to come as I’m still awaiting my breakfast experience tomorrow morning. CHECKED IN AT 5pm AND FED UP OF THE PLACE BY 11PM. A new low for Radisson. My last booking of a lifetime for sure.

Its is heaven on heart. Felt like its a second home. The f&b service, Production and front office team is just amazing. They made us felt so comfortable and we felt as of we are in our second home. Nazma, Ankan, Chef Ankit, Debashish and Pratima are the asset of Radisson Karjat. They are the perfect hoteliers. Made us feel overwhelmed with hospitality. Team Front office was equally very effective and allocated a very comfortable room. The view from the rooms are breathtaking. The is blessed to have located in the lap of mountains and it has mesmerising view. Hitesh (RDM), Lika, Sharshwati, and Gaurav waas just amazing. We really appreciate the gesture and support extended. Special Thank you to Nazma, Ankan, Hitesh, Sharshwati and Pratima for creating the lifetime memorable experience. We spent two days at the resort and had a really pleasant experience. The property is beautifully spread out, with lots of greenery and a stunning view of the mountains – a peaceful setting that's perfect for a short escape. The Presidential tent was luxurious comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the resort felt calm and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant – the food was good, and we especially appreciated the warm service. A special mention to Nazma at the restaurant counter – she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtful approach and conversations added a nice personal touch. Also a mention for Sauvik for being attentive to our needs and making us feel welcomed. The gaming zone was a fun bonus, especially for families. It’s a great place to spend a long weekend or celebrate a special occasion in a relaxed setting. We’d definitely consider coming back

The property is not properly maintained - shabby rooms, basic things missing, very ordinary rooms and bathroom. Only good thing is the staff, very cordial and helpful. Food spread and service at the restaurant is also good. Not worth the money they charge. By no standards it is a 5 star rated property

Excellent property. Though far from city limkts but when you enter, you are taken to the next world. Staff were polite and always ready to assist. Food served was good and food outlets were good. Need to mention few staff, chetan, Nazma who were always there with a smile.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Karjat, and it was a delightful experience. The property is nestled in a peaceful, scenic location, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended for a weekend retreat!

If your company is taking you on an all expenses paid trip or someone in your extended family is getting married here, go ahead. Do not spend your hard earned money on a room here. It's a huge property designed specifically for weddings and conventions. Room upkeep, service and basic etiquette is all abysmal. A line of appreciation for the landscaping at the property.
