酒店整體感覺不錯,大堂氣派十足,古色古香有韻味。房間硬件有點老。隔音效果一般。早餐也一般。

酒店位置很好,離周邊的景區很近,屋頂有觀景平台適合觀看風景,酒店設施老化陳舊,希望提供拖鞋和飲用水,早餐也需要更加豐富一些。

位置不錯,離著名景點哈桑塔才幾百米,衞生一般,設施比較老舊,衞生間的門都關不上,早餐品種比較豐富,免費停車。

Stayed here part of a pre arranged tour. For Breakfast, everything was cold! ...no heat lamps either, Th scrambled eggs are tasteless and very watered down.....we ordered tea, came lukewarm .....staff in the restaurant made no effort to be friendly or speak to us.....we always show our kindness and politeness, so don't know why .....i guess they don't like westerners ! ..... Hotel is very dated, and beds very worn out! The only staff that were pleasant, were the desk.

This is the worst hotel room I have stayed in. For a supposedly four star hotel, it is an embarrassment. It is filthy, the floor is lifting, the ceiling is cracked and falling down in the bathroom. I asked to move to a different room and was told there were no other rooms available. Worst customer service ever.

I was expecting so much more from this hotel that boasts multiple stars. It’s not just that it’s in need of renovation; it’s that it’s dirty. The plumbing doesn’t work properly. My fellow business travelers reported seeing cockroaches in their rooms. I had to ask housekeeping staff to re-clean my room after they had left the trash unemptied and cups unwashed. I would not have left such a bad review, but we were here for 5 days of meetings and to deal with poor service, mediocre food, and sub-standard cleanliness.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Rabat.. The location is very good and the staff are really nice and helpful specially Nesrine and oumaimah..room was clean and tidy with a very nice view..breakfast is delicious I will always stay there..

Stayed for one night as part of a tour group . When you arrive there is a vibrant seating area with lime green / teal decor . It looks lovely. There was a nice view from our room but we didn’t plan to spend long in it . Sadly it was downhill from there. The beds had to be the hardest we have ever slept on . There was no spare bedding that you could use to lay on. I had requested a walk in shower but had a room with a shower over the bath , maybe they don’t have rooms with just showers . There was no safe in the room . We were not informed at Reception that we would need to register our credit/ debit card if we wanted to charge anything to our room .This led to a heated exchange with a staff member in the bar , who told me the bar only accepted cash . Some customer service training is needed here. Dinner & Breakfast were included . Food was not wonderful, tables weren’t cleared between courses. Food wasn’t refilled when dishes were almost empty. Rabat looks a lovely city & there must be much better hotels than this one .

I booked a room during valentine's day for my Sister and her husband as the hotel was recommended by a friend but it turned out to be a disappointing experience . The hotel is old and needs renovation . No welcome drink and wet towel to offer during the checking. The staff at the front desk are not warm and welcoming at all. Concierge service not offered at all as they have to carry the language by themselves . The room was good ,clean and spacious but it was empty ,no mini bar ,no food amenities as we booked valentine's day , thanks 😊 to house keeping on the last minute to put flowers 🌺🌹 in the bed and bathroom,was nice gesture of them. Food service was very bad , they promised us to deliver breakfast in the room and we didn't need to experience the breakfast buffet as they were celebrating valentine's day but it turned out to be very bad(Moroccan tea and croissant ,bread only ) ,we have to go down to have breakfast ,the buffet was nice to offer , good selection to choose , international breakfast,but tables set up was not there ,(missing tissue, napkins, cutleries) also no body approach us to ask about the experience,coffee ,tea we have to do everything by our selves . The management needs to be aware that the staff needs training to compete with other hotels . Service don't want to offer omelette in the room said that we are not from royal air maroc , it was not even professional to say that as waiter ,he could find better way to say it . I will not recommend this hotel for all my people and followers .

The Location is very good, but the services at Hotel very poor. Guests smoke everywhere, even in the hotel lobby. Smoking is permitted by the hotel management, which is not appropriate for a five-star hotel.

Very old hotel with old, smelly and mouldy rooms. The carpets are filthy, you can feel the dirt in the air. Towels so old that they are grey and not clean. Broken furniture, no blackout on the windows. Hard bed with stains in the sheets. It’s a 2 star pension, not a 5 star hotel. Run away.

Bad experience lived 3 times same problems: humidity, mold, unacceptable odors in the hallway, cold water in some rooms, no towels available in some rooms (to be requested) knowing that we come home very late and exhausted, phone that does not work. It is unacceptable that such a large-scale hotel does not comply with basic hygiene and safety standards, as this harms the reputation of the establishment and causes irreparable damage. Guests have the right to expect their accommodation environment to be clean, safe and comfortable.

Very upscale hotel near Muhammed V mausoleum. Very handicap friendly. WiFi coverage is spotty, weak in our assigned room. Very obviously oriented to a higher economic class of client, everything about the hotel is classy.
