Hotel is beautiful, Great Rooms, comfortable and good space. Food needs to be improved, not well selected and needs to have careful preparation. Some staff members, specially for bar and snacks bar not very kind and answering question rudely.

Nice place between the field but with noisy environment is not recommended for rest. The music is for party, isn't for environmental music. Tasty food, friendly staff, awesome landscape, and nice rooms. Too expensive for this experience.

Bad cocktails, bad liquor service, good facilities, good service from staff, basic recreation service but with attitude, It does not have a steam room, sauna, the board games area should be improved..

One of the worst places I have been....many things did not work...we got there at night, first issue rooms had no air condition, you have to pay extra for it, even after I repeated several times I need air conditioner due to a medical issue, and I was willing to pay the extra $60/night, they kept saying our reservation (part of a package we had) did not include it, even to pay for it they have me a hard time. In the room there was a large bottle of water, I called to request another bottle as my husband and me take water at night, they told me I had to wait until the next day to request another bottle, I said bring me 2 bottles and charge me. They did not bring us any additional water (we slept there 3 nights). The safe deposit box does not have a lock, you have to ask for a lock in the office, and sign a paper, in case you do not return it, they will charge you $15. No fridge in the room, call front desk and their answer was "if we have one available we will bring it to you, but no guarantees", we were lucky enough to get it. There was an interaction with somebody called Luis, the Assistant Manager I believe, and he was completely out of line. Food was below average, there were always a few things in the buffet with empty trays. Several times when we ordered a juice, lemonade, they will come back saying "we have no more lemonade or juice" imagine running out of lemonade. The snack bar is bad, very little assortment. Very few employees that we can acknowledge did a good job, a waiter called Diner, a lady waiter (I can't remember her name). Two days it rained so much, they know it rains a lot so they have 2 large umbrellas in each room. Horrible service, dark rooms, the bathroom sink super old, food was average. Avoid coming to this property

The rooms were big and house keeping kept our room clean and provided fresh towels daily. The food at the buffet was delicious and the staff was wonderful. I want to give a big shout out to Alex from the entertainment staff. Alex was a lot of fun and very curious and professional. Now, there are 3 things that I wish they had: Staff around the pool area to serve drinks. We had to walk out of the pool to get drinks. Secondly, the pool is very small and it gets packed fast. Lastly, snacks at the bar in the evening until the bar closes at midnight. The overall experience was very nice.

It was my worst experience ever, my paper wrist band given by the hotel fell in my room before we left to visit towns. When we came back to the room, it was clean but the wrist band was not in the room. They charged me $15 for the wrist band, and also, the lady at the front desk was being rude. The hotel does not have amenities at all, just a small pool. There is not many activities nor trails to walk, so there is not much to do at the hotel. By the way, a lot of flies in the restaurant Please if you really want to have a good vacation, this is NOT the place.
