The place is nice, clean and the breakfast is also great. I didn't have any issue during my stay. I'll book this place again.

The room I initially chose was the superior room, seeing that the photos were quite pleasing so I went ahead and made a reservation. But the moment I got to the hotel, the room they gave me was very different from the photos I saw. There were no black out curtains, only blinds and it did not block out the light coming from outside. Also, this hotel is located along the main road and railway so it was quite noisy, hearing the cars passing and the train sounds I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights and I requested a room transfer. They gave me the said room transfer which was located at a higher floor. The noise was significantly reduced and I was able to sleep properly for the duration of my stay. I would give the hotel a 4/5 as it was not so bad. The staff were accomodating and the service was quite satisfactory. Only the location and the noise is the downfall of this establishment.

Rooms were old but large enough and decent enough for the price. Stay was comfortable and secure albiet the lack of toiletries such as shampoos, soaps and dental kits is a bit inconvenient as you need to walk a certain distance to the nearest 711 to buy it. The refrigerator is unplugged so the guests would have tp do it themselves which is risky since you need to move the fridge from its place. Some lights do not work and water flooded out from the shower to the bedroom area.

It's a good place to stay and bond. However they are not punctual when it comes to check ins. We were there at exactly 2 pm and we were given a room 2 45 then they gave us a wrong room and we had to wait again by 3pm then they did not change the check out time even it was their fault. And the parking was so far away, but they have a service so it's okay. Then it's close to fishermall and other fast food chains. But the place was nice and their foods were delicious.

Amazing stay that we have, its our first time to checked in a Sogo hotel and its worth with the price plus the cleanliness, services and warmth welcome🥰🥰🙏🙏 highly appreciated all the considerations as we got early checked in beyond the usual but no charges applied. We have a joyful weekend on this place!! Love it!!! SUPERB!! They even gave the upgraded room !🥰🥰💯love,love

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Roces hotel, and I must say that the service was top-notch from start to finish. The reception team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide range of options that surpassed what I've experienced at other hotels in the same price range. The only minor issue I encountered was with the in-room internet, which was a bit slow at times. However, this was a small blip on an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Citadines Roces hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay. The staff's commitment to providing exceptional service truly sets them apart.

On the pricier side for the accommodations provided. The room was very small and dirty, and the AC ran on a timer, making it inconvenient. Although most people speak English in Manila, none did at the front desk. The rooftop almost made up for the mediocre room, as we had a great dinner and show there. The staff were generally very nice and did their best to accommodate us with what they could provide and/or understand. I recommend searching other hotels in the area and just going there for dinner (rooftop)

Hotel was okay. Carpet old. Some tiles are not well maintained at hallway. Hotel needs good maintenance. Housekeeping takes a whole day before you can see your room cleaned- that time the housekeeping staff also had an attitude. The entire duration of the stay, wouldnt even greet my family because we did a followup on the room cleaning request. Other staff- hotel lobby, guards and bellboy were very helpful and the best plus is youre already at the mall.
