Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

Everything is good. The front desk is friendly and they don’t require deposit. I felt relieved when they offered me a slipper to wear to outdoors as I only have one covered shoes during my trip. It’s near to LRT/MRT station so it’s quite convenient to travel around. The cons is that they did not have a kettle for me to boil hot water. Anyway but it’s very near to food street if you are keen to explore.
