A bit old

Don't book here! Worst hotel, worst management!!!! They will magically impose charges and they will not show proof or any documentation what's the fee for. They'll give you nonsense explanation. You'll end up paying more. They will charge you even for taking photos within the facility. Better book somewhere else!!!!

Good location but the vs cafe is not good because the water they serve is not good small particles ups and down i ask the crew where is the manager but the crew told us that there is no supervisor or manager at that time.to the vs cafe owner it is true that only ojt and crew who facilitate of the cafe😔😔😔

They claim to be a hotel but they lack a lot of necessities. Its true that the lobby is beautiful and grand however it the price and quality of this “hotel” doesn’t match the price. Its located in Victoria Sports center VS hotel is situated in the 9-12th floor of that building which happens to be a very huge sports club with huge amenities and an on going construction of other condo and units inside that very building as well hence you will hear construction noises from time to time since rooms aren’t sound proofed and some inconsiderate guest would talk very loudly in the hallways and wake you up. Some rooms I feel are also make shift offices. The pros would have to be the lobby, parking is free as a hotel guest, Front desk and staff are friendly but failed to discuss a lot of things after handing you the key. I have stayed here thrice and for the recent stay, they announced that Water Spa was open however during our stay as a checked in guest, almost all machines are defective and not working, there wasn’t a life guard on duty as well, nobody welcomed us at the desk upon entering,so we had to help ourselves. Bathrooms In the 6th floor, had no doors. The room 1241 had sockets which are very hard to use and close to impossible to use. I have verified that in other google reviews. The place has a lot of potential is has a good location very near an mrt and timog trinoma etc, however due to the lack of management and man power I don’t think rooms are being cleaned that much. Thankfully our room last time was better than the second time which flooded the floor due no barriers in the bathroom. They also assumed that couples mainly stay in the room so the bathroom is all glass with covers but you can still see the person inside especially the silhouette so its very hard to shower and take a pee. Its not a family friendly room. They have basic hotel kits. The bed like before was like a water bed however the pillows were okay. The lowest price for their rooms was at 2,800 and this was claimed as a promo price since the original rate as per them as at 5000 which the room doesn’t look like its worth 5000 because Seda has better hotel amenities thank this worth 5,000 with breakfast buffet. Speaking of breakfast, the VS Café has a lot of potential, the place itself is very nice the interior was amazing however the food served for breakfast buffet was cold since they didn’t have any warmer for food, it took them so long to make a refill for the rice so I had to eat whatever was there. The biggest problem that I have encountered was how they asked us for payment when my brother used the jacuzzi. Which we all used the day before with no one asking us for any payments. Filed a complaint on this since this was very deceiving. Overall, the place could do a lot better. I think management fails to oversee the operations and the facilities are all put to waste. The TVS are smart tvs however you must have your own Netflix account, and the TV in room 1241 hanged all

We stayed here for 3D2N, overall experience it was good however the way they assisted upon checking in is kinda time consuming. Also, whenever we are calling the front desk using the phone inside room they put us on hold before answering.

I had a problem with my apartment losing electricity, so I needed a place to stay. Thankfully VS Hotel was available for such short notice. The facilities were nice and are extremely unique for a hotel. It's not your typical hotel with all the bells and whistles, but looks like an extravagant museum-lobby with simple rooms.

small cockroach's no tissue at CR .. ok naman yung room malinis.. di lang talaga pa magamit yung mga ibang amenities.. like water spa, bowling, billiards . yung indoor swimming pool area ok nmn madilim nga lang.

Place is okay. Lobby area has awesome interiors. Service is good. They are fast in action as my room got issues with the heater. Immediate room relocation was done. But refill of essentials in the room quite long. Clean room that comes with bathtub. Location not so near malls. Below the building have 711 and the hotel cafe. Breakfast is not buffet, it is selection of breakfast food in their menu.

Me and boyfriend we went to v lounge for high heels night. The food and drinks was amazing. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you Irish , Richelle, Florence, Rohan, Ram, Belinda and shamsher for the service. Also thank you chef ray and chef jasper for the food.

Nice room. Good value for what you pay and get. However service from staff can be worked on a bit as they are a bit slow with their service.

Pool spa is under construction. There are insects, bugs, mosquitoes and roaches. Staff is excellent, vwry hospitable and helpful. Elevators are extremely slow, more often than not only one is functioning. Internet is unreliable it is down two out of three days stay.

Regular client here, satisfied with the service.. staff are nice and accommodating.
