Right next to the mall. Many dining options. The hotel spa is awesome! The only disappoin**ent is the hotel gym.

We had a very nice experience during our stay. The lobby is very clean and the manager and staff are very accommodating. The room is spacious and is work-from-home friendly.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and courteous and the location makes it one of the very best if you are visiting or doing business in Quezon City. Everything you could possibly ever need is available on the doorstep in the mammoth SM North EDSA pretty much downstairs. There is an arrra river little outdoor pool and nice bar / seating area on the balcony. Only two small annoyances are that WiFi access in the rooms is limited to four devices only and it is not easy to juggle them without getting staff to reset. The connection is also not as good as it should be at these prices. Otherwise a great stay and will certainly visit it again

The location is very strategic and connected to the mall! Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Perhaps can improve on the soundproofing (especially when people talking loudly in the corridor or banging on the door).

Stayed with our 3 month old baby; was provided at cot for free — housekeeping was always very courteous and helpful. Location is great, above the mall and there is a church just downstairs called CCF.

The location is near to the business center to where the guest is going to. Good service and has nice facility. (Mary)

The room is good. The only thing is in between two rooms there's a door (probably to connect the 2 rooms for family needs) and you can hear very clearly all the noise from the next door room if any.

The staff were very pleasant when we needed to check in early & everyone at the hotel was very friendly. It was a pleasure to stay at such a nice hotel wirh lovely & welcoming team both in the front desk, reception, cafe & even the guards. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at a central location in Quezon City that's connected a SM Mall North Edsa & also if you're looking to be pampered by a great team of hotel staff. Thanks for the experience.

Limited parking for a hotel its size. No personnel to ensure cars parking are going to the hotel. Breakfast items are pricy so just book with bf included. The room was spacious, looks and feels clean and bright. I just didn’t like the AC, I wasn’t able to adjust it to my preffered temperature. I loved the security feature of the door.

Everything is smooth! Highly recommend the hotel. Even their Duty Manager LJ is very accomodating.
