Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is in a good location...There is 24 hours front desk service..The room is very clean and not small at all..there wasn't drinking water provided..with this price..it's worth paying..I love it. There was a 24 hours conveniece store next to the hotel..I could freely went there at night. In a nutshell, I recommend this hotel.

Hotel room was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We also brought our dog and the place is really pet friendly. They charge you a pet fee, but it's worth it. :)

Celebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was our second time staying at Red Hotel because the location is very accessible to malls and transportation terminals. It really feels nice to stay here just to relax and have a great bonding time with family after a long day at work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as always. The breakfast is good, and the bed in the room is very comfortable as well. However, during our second stay, I noticed that the room had a lot of small cockroaches inside. This was very disturbing, especially since I have two small kids. Fortunately, they did not get any bites. Additionally, the bathroom door was not working and couldn't lock, which was the same issue we had during our first stay in the Family Room. When we tried the pool area, it seemed that the female restroom was under renovation, which was very inconvenient as we were unsure if we should use the male restroom instead. I believe that this hotel is still relatively new, and I suggest that the hotel management work on maintaining these facilities better. But overall, I still like staying here! Kudos Red Hotel. ♥️

B hotel was the perfect place for a family getaway. The staff was welcoming to our children, and the hotel offered kid-friendly activities donut making that made our stay stress-free. The pool was okay but no pool for kids so you need to bring their floaters. We felt truly at home and enjoyed a fun and relaxing stay. We would recommend this hotel to any family traveling in the area!”
