Stayed for 2 nights. Was at Unit K. There were a total of 3 rooms in this unit, located upstairs. Lower floor was shared kitchen and toilet. Shower is upstairs. Only another occupant for the 2 nights. Otherwise shower and toilet might be an issue, when needed. Kitchen was cleaned daily. 15 mins walk to town centre.

awful noisy people. coming and going till 3.30 am had to sleep in our van bathroom pipes were so noisy cancelled 2nd night and getting a refund but need compensation for first nigjt

Great qt location. It s backpackers, u hear noises from neighbours so if ur sensitive to that, this is not fr u. Otherwise, all great.

The location is great. It has a nice view of the downtown and surrounding mountains. Ample parking space, which is a big bonus considering it's really hard to find free parking in Queenstown! The staff were nice and friendly. The room is good, has a little smell, probably the carpet needs a deep cleaning. Some facilities are outdated but still in working order. Overall, we had a good stay. 😊

This is a very cute backpackers and staying in a private room was perfect and out of the way from the main building giving nice privacy. The location was perfect as we like a walk but not too far from the main town.

Feedback for apartment #9. Wi-Fi connection was weak, unable to be use. Stove of the apartment cannot even bring a pot of water to a boil, we book for the kitchen usage and in the end we can’t cook. Aircon filters was badly caked up and cause unit to display error blinks. I have to washed the filters so that the unit can function properly. Same goes for the toilet ventilation fan. Service staff can be more attentive on such matters. Unit I’m assigned to have a narrow path way that I have to carry my heavy luggage to the unit as I can’t push the luggage on the path way too rough.

Really really nice for solo traveler. I stayed here for 3 nights and found everything amazing for this price. Especially it’s not at the Center of Queenstown so you won’t hear the noice of people partying at night. The closet they got in the room was suitable for storing skis too. Very good choice for people who want good sleep and lodge vibe after skiing.

It did what it said on the tin. It’s a very affordable backpacker accommodation. The rooms are basic but clean. Parking is available but difficult to get if arriving late. Great location and staff were friendly and helpful.
