Ulasan Highview Apartments

Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views. The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.

Comfortable bed, pretty clean. No complaints to be honest.

酒店位於queenstown步行約15-20分鐘路程. 我們的房間很少，要提著行李箱走兩層樓梯，才到達房間。酒店沒有空調也沒有窗只能夠開露台的趟門通風。晚上會聽到別人談話的聲音。唯一的好處是有個很少很少的健身房，下雨天可以去做下gym冇咁悶。不推薦。

景色非常美麗！住了兩晚，洗碗機、洗衣機應有盡有，意外的有奶泡機！走進浴室地板居然是溫暖的！客廳有瓦斯暖爐，下次來會想再入住

超預期，簡直美的不要不要的，直麪皇后鎮巨大的湖，設備非常好，洗碗機，洗衣機，浴室，床品，加風景，最重要的是，價格比直通海灘那幾個酒店不好太爽，

服務：居住期間沒有任何客房服務。 環境：景色絕佳。 衞生：很好

酒店乾淨整潔舒適，臨湖風景秀麗日，讓人喜歡，不過價格也不便宜。下午5:00以後要找找工作人員比較困難，下班了呀！要看好時間入住哦

房間佈置的舒服，房間大小合理，在瓦卡提普湖邊上，景色不錯，房間裏有洗衣機烘乾機，房間乾淨，有免費停車，可以步行到鎮上

中心街までは15分程度歩きます。 受付が開いてなくてもセルフチェックインできるので、困ることはありません。

我們預訂了二房入住了二大二小，説我們填寫訊息的時候衹填寫了二個大人，這個情況against health and safety policies。我們一路入住了奧克蘭、羅託魯瓦、威靈頓、基督城、蒂卡普，前台都給了小朋友各種小禮物，重來沒有提什麼against health and safety policies。 還有小朋友手壓了一下茶几就垮了，支撐點有25-30公分寬，小朋友才40斤怎麼可能壓的垮，而且當時我就在旁邊。溝通半天還是強行從信用卡扣了533新幣。 不知道這是不是套路，有沒有其他遊客被套路。也給未來預訂的遊客提個醒
