Ruang konsesi yang saya tempati sangat bersih, tetapi kamarnya terlalu kecil dan tidak ada ruang untuk aktivitas, dan TV tidak mudah digunakan. Kamar tidak kedap suara dan pintu rumah di dekatnya dibuka dan ditutup. Saya dapat berbicara dengan jelas di koridor, dan ada orang pada jam 3:30 di tengah malam. The big problem was that the Concierge would not accept the booking. Even though it was made through the Trip.com app. She would not accept it until we found a Chinese citizen to provide his Citizenship verification. We are lucky that we have Chinese friends. This problem would make it almost impossible for Westerners to be accepted at the hotel and should be rectified immediately. Then when we were given the room key, she would only give us one. We had booked a twin room for two adults. This was not satisfactory. She gave us another card after I raised my voice. I should not have to do this. When we got to our room we found that it was perfect. Beds are softer than most other hotels in Qiqihaer. Very clean and the house staff were great. The major problem was that reservation was done properly and yet we found it very difficult.

the room was very small and the hotel was old. but its ok for the price.

Experience was good. Only showed my passport, they took a picture of it and it's done. Had a problem opening the door using their card but they helped me when I asked for it. It could help if the reception could speak a little English though. Also found some dust on their side table but it's manageable.

房間乾淨整潔枕頭舒服 出行便利 在市中心 服務好 還給特意燒的熱水 總之推薦大家入住

房間比較乾淨，雖然小一點。但是很温馨。下次還會去住的。吃了齊齊哈爾烤肉。味道不錯，衹是停車太貴了，停路邊要六元一小時。
