Ulasan Grand Hotel Qinhuang

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

Nice hotel, very close to the 🏖️ beach, love the breakfast and variety of food. Room cleaning was average but still the view and location is great 👍 swimming pool is good, laundry is convenient. Stayed there three nights , very much satisfied. We changed the dates of our stay for two times , satisfied with the service .

Great and convenient stay relatively close to the sea. Lots of facilities inside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel! Comfy bed and very spacious room, with a great view. The breakfast was very good as well and the restaurant on the second floor was also great. The only complaint I have is the sink smells and makes the room smell bad. Best to keep the sinks plugged.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach and still close the city. Lao Long Tou was a 30 minute taxi ride. Whilst the restaurant is tasty, it caters for Chinese and western cuisine is limited. Not a problem if you enjoy Chinese cuisine :)

Good location; the hotel is right next to the beach 🏖, the service was okay. I just didn’t like the fact that I have to go down every day to call for the cleaners. Also the bathroom had a bad smell but once cleaned it was okay. It’s a little nice and cheap place to be, specially if you like the beach 🏝

設施：配套設施硬件較為完善，有商店、餐廳、泳池、健身房等，雖然沒去體驗 衞生：房間衞生一般，換了一次房後有股洗手間的黴臭味，房間內皮質桌面臟印多，牆面污斑點多，毛巾有印記，床枕頭底下有未清理乾淨的毛髮，洗浴隔間地面不滲水，推開門水會滲到衞生間地板，打開地漏也很慢 環境：走廊隔音可以，房間大小足夠，酒店靠海，但旁邊就是港口，海景視野一半被城景遮擋，衹有套房才正對海，其他房間衹有一面玻璃斜對海。客房該季節還沒有冷氣，週末升温，房間温度高。早上陽台外馬路噪音難以隔絕乾淨，情有可原 服務：開房時可主動詢問更靠海的房間，在大床房和雙床房價為相同下詢問後可替換。客房電話服務態度一般，沒有熱情可言，講完後掛電話，沒有客套話術

愛人稀裏糊塗訂房間輸錯啦入住日期，訂單是20號入住，結果我倆21號上午趕到酒店，嘿嘿完全悶啦，真是的。可是服務前台到姑娘瞭解此情況就幫我們溝通協商，結果不僅幫我們退掉錯誤的訂單，還幫我們重新下訂單。姑娘在我的身份證發現21號是我的生日，在客房部經理楊玲和喬也她們的安排下，送來啦水果和生日蛋糕並寫下祝福賀卡，這真是意外到驚喜與幸福。真的，我非常感謝你們在異地他鄉讓我拉滿快樂時光，我會記住66歲生日的快樂。再次感謝你們。再見有機會我再來。 如果您有機會來他們酒店，享受非常熱情的服務，一定會渡過快樂滿意的時光。 我今天在房間看到全程日出，滿意啦！🌹🌹🌹

設施：有浴缸，洗漱用品齊全，還有游泳池，有小童娛樂設施 衞生：很乾凈，乾濕分離 環境：屋內寬敞，站在窗邊就能看到海邊，陽光照進屋裡，很舒服 服務：正好趕上三八女神節，剛進入房間幾分鐘，嚴秀轉經理、張小娟和周利清三位美女就給我們送來了女神節禮物，酒店太貼心了👍

環境：太棒了，冬天的海景也很好看 服務：無論是禮賓，前台還是客房，服務都非常熱情，及時，周到 明年夏天還會來這裏旅遊的，非常滿意的一段新年旅行啊，前廳部的夢涵小姐姐退房時給我們家寶寶還準備了小禮品，非常好👍

海景豪華雙床房非常棒！客房服務員態度非常好！自助餐廳菜品種類豐富，前台俊男靚女顏值很高。很滿意的一次入住體驗！

想要高一些樓層，告知衹有六層，晚上洗澡浴室門關不上，頂淋浴頭打開時另一個活動噴頭也繼續流水，下水慢，最後導致浴室外地上好多水，找客房服務幫忙收拾，又協調工程師傅來修修。由於鋼化浴室門荷葉有問題，一時半會修不了也有危險，師傅建議換房。頂着黑泥面膜拖着家當換到了七層。哦冷是冷了點，但樓層高了😅😂 門有個大縫子，鎖也卡不太嚴。洗洗睡吧。
