Qingyuan Hotels with Airport pickup service

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The room is clean and spacious. The golf course outside the balcony is green and there is a game going on. The hotel has a golf club service, which is very convenient for food, accommodation and playing. The front desk service of the hotel is very thoughtful. This trial stay is more cost-effective than the two 5-star hotels next door. The free breakfast can satisfy people with different tastes👍. Recommended to stay!

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overall experience at your establishment. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the facilities were excellent. While the breakfast service was a bit delayed, I understand that these things can happen, and it didn't significantly impact my stay. The food quality was good, although I would appreciate a bit more variety, especially catering to the preferences of international guests. I look forward to returning and experiencing more of what your wonderful place offers. Thank you!

The selling point of the tea banquet double bed is the soup pool downstairs. The upstairs room has two beds and a bathroom. It is recommended to add a chair. Breakfast is delivered to the room but you have to sit on the bed to eat. The temperature dropped that night and the wind was estimated to be below 10 degrees. The water in the pool was obviously not hot enough, so I had to manually boil a few more pots of hot water and pour it in. The air conditioner in the room has heating to last, so you are not afraid of being cold. You can go to the town to buy fireworks, which will be half cheaper than buying at the front desk. There are no farms within 4 kilometers nearby, so you have to drive to a place 6 kilometers away to eat. The homestay does not provide refrigerator freezer storage, nor can you bring a lot of things to barbecue hot pot. Minor inconvenience.

I took my family to Qingyuan. The hotel is located in Qingxin District, which is very convenient. There are food nearby and it is also close to Bijia Mountain. The hotel is clean and tidy, very satisfied! The front desk service is also in place. It is quite intelligent, and the robot delivers shoes to the door (missing a pair of disposable shoes)

Three rooms and four beds, when I went to bed, I found two collapsed. Although I can change rooms, I really don't want to toss. There is hair in the bathroom, the comb is moldy, and the cup is not used. There is no TV, there is a projection screen, and the password is wrong. I have to ask for a long time. I can't see the window and the light. The house is too old and the basement is dusty.

I stayed at the Meilin Lake Brother Apartment Hotel for two days. This apartment is three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. Because the two people stayed, the master bedroom can use two living rooms and kitchen. It is great if the family travels to live in such a room type. The apartment has a beautiful environment, the food street is close, the water is supplied, the paper is of good quality, responsive, and the fruit is also delivered to the guests. If you drive to the store, the security can always find a parking space. The downside is that the damaged furniture needs to be repaired, and the ground cleaning is in place.

The hotel is surrounded by the Yingxi Peak Forest scenic spot, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. We arrived at the hotel a little late, and the staff came out to greet us and help us with our luggage. The hotel has more than 10 hot spring pools, and there are also independent pools in the rooms. It is very comfortable to live here in this season. The elderly and children who live here are reluctant to go home after having fun.

This private garden is really like! The air is filled with a faint fragrance of flowers, which makes people feel refreshed. In the garden, there are many flowers and plants, and they are beautiful. Walking in the garden and enjoying a leisure time is really a great place to relax. Friends who recommend to Qingyuan to play try this one. The boss is also very good.
