Exceeded expectations, convenient location, not far from the subway station, next to Taitung Night Market, close to everything. Arrived early, the staff upgraded the room type, sent breakfast, and had lunch at the chain restaurant next door, which was also good. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, the details were well done, the service attitude of the staff was very nice, it was a very satisfying travel experience!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Huazhu Qingdao Dream Ship Seaview Hotel, and the experience was really unforgettable. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a direct view of the magnificent sea view, making people feel like they are on a ship sailing to a dream world, and the surrounding attractions are also very interesting. The front desk staff is really excellent! From the moment I checked in, they showed extremely high professionalism and enthusiastic service attitude. Not only did they help me check in quickly, but they also patiently answered all my questions about surrounding attractions and transportation. Their smiles and meticulous service made me feel at home. It is worth mentioning that during my stay, I encountered some minor troubles, but the front desk staff always appeared at the first time to help me solve the problem quickly. Their professionalism and adaptability really make people feel very reassured. In addition, the overall environment of the hotel is also very elegant and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities, and every detail reflects the hotel's care and taste. Especially the sea view room, you can see the beautiful sea while lying on the bed, which is really an ultimate enjoyment. In general, Huazhu Qingdao Dream Ship Seaview Hotel is really a very recommended hotel. Especially the service at the front desk is really impeccable. If you also plan to travel to Qingdao, you might as well consider this hotel. I believe you will have an unforgettable stay experience!

Stayed 2 nights with family. The view was nice, though another building was in front of us, we could see both sea and city side scenery. Breakfast was nice, we could enjoy various food. Kids also enjoyed. Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. Especially Owen helped us to stay comfortable.

I really enjoyed the night in this hotel. The service is awesome, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Moreover, we were pleased to get some Christmas gifts from the hotel.

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. Very good value for money,

The experience and service was great. Staff answered any questions we had. Facilities be good were good. I would have preferred more options for breakfast but still good. Close to good landmarks and locations including the Qingdao beer museum.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable (great bed - perfect for the rainy weather) and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I personally appreciate the service and a special mention to the cleaner and floor manager (秦嘉璐 Jack) for being welcoming, showing me to my room and just simply being polite and hospitable. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this hotel and will continue to come back.

Very nice hotel, staffs are friendly and help a lot on all my needs, Tina at reception provided one by one service. The facilities, services, breakfast, Chinese food dinner and the sea view all made families happy and enjoyed the 2 nights stay. Try it and you will love it.

MGM as expected. I visited with my girlfriend because it was an anniversary. After check in, the manager brought the fruit and cake to my room and brought the fruit back in the evening. The staff service is good, and they are always smiling. We had a really good time.. See you next time.
