Book this hotel for my Mom’s birthday. Although check in date was wrong due to hotel’s booking system, hotel’s customer service fixed the booking issue very soon. Birthday day cake and welcome fruit had been prepared before get in the room. Staff looked after my parents very well. View is unbeatable. Most beautiful site can be seen from room. Especially night view of Wusi square is unforgettable. Dinner buffet has too many things to taste. Breakfast is also very good. My parent has a wonderful trip in this 6 star hotel. I would book in when I visit Qingdao for myself next time.

The service was impeccable! We were greeted on our first day of stay by Eva who is the butler taking care of us. We are introduced in detail of the facilities as well as tourist attraction recommendations, which are really useful! Drinks are offered complementary 24 hours! The room has a nice seaview and a view of the Western-style Badaguan houses. The breakfast buffet was superb offering a wide choice of Chinese and Western foods, with a nice sea view from the restaurant. I will definitely visit again and thank you Eva for the great service!

I visited Qingdao for my wife birthday trip and stayed at the hotel in St. Regis Qingdao for one night. I felt very good with the kind hospitality of the staff from the moment I arrived at the hotel. When I arrived at the lobby, I was informed of the room by the staff Ms. Eva. She was very kind and the service was very good. She prepared tea and cake for my wife for her birthday and informed me of the information needed to use the hotel. We were very surprised and touched by her service. I would like to thank the hotel staff Ms. Eva, for her help in the condition of the room and the birthday event. I look forward to seeing you again next time! Thank you very much. Ms. Eva :)

During my recent hotel stay, I had an overall enjoyable experience, despite encountering some minor issues with furniture, mismanagement, hygiene, and crowd control. However, the positive attitude displayed by the staff truly made a difference and contributed to a pleasant stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit again. I am grateful for the helpfulness of the manager and his team, even though I unfortunately cannot recall their names.

It was great experience to stay at The St. Regis Qingdao. All facilities and cleanness have never seen such kind of outstanding levels. All are great The service staff of Eric was also impressive to me for his professional attitude and kindness.
