Build Dreams Apartment Hotel (Qingdao May Fourth Square Hong Kong Middle Road)

Room was unexpectedly big and spacious ,big enough for three people to live in , Amenities are top notch with fridge and washer provided .Only downside is that there are no windows but that isn't something to worry about .located right at the city center you can find whatever you want from food to entertainment facilities.

✅：價格很公道，外觀環境不錯，打掃房間的阿姨很熱情，交通很方便，周圍好吃的很多，冰箱空調洗衣機無線網都很好用 ❎：沙發上有貓尿味（搞得衣服上也都是貓尿味），設施有點舊了，廁所居然是毛玻璃…很尷尬，床罩跟被芯尺寸不一樣還有點潮味，電視看不了 總之，下次應該不會再住了，感謝打掃的阿姨給我們熱情推薦景點。（別槓，槓就是你對）

Decent stay. The location is excellent - it is right by the subway station, and in the downtown area. Walking distance (less than 100 meters) to the main bar street. The rooms do not look as clean and new as the pictures though, but they are definitely not bad. I booked a garden room and they gave us one without a garden though. But they placed us on the same floor as my friend, and on the top floor, which means there was no noise coming from above, so I didn't mind. But this is something to keep in mind if you book here - that they might not actually give you what you book, so you need to specifically ask. The room I got was the same price as the garden room, so didn't complain. One thing is that the smell in the bathroom was not great. They need to have the pipes cleaned or something. Also, my room had a TV but my friend's room did not, which was very strange since they were on the same floor and cost the same. They also price gouged during the National Day Holiday by charging double what they usually do, but almost all hotels do this. Overall not a bad stay and the location of the hotel really can't be beaten.

Staid here for 3 nights. The location is good, right next to the metro station. The bathroom and the toilet are tinny tiny and not the most hygienic ones. The stairs to the bed were so uncomfortable that you hardly keep yourself not falling especially while getting down. The front desk was welcoming and nice though. They even gave a moon cake.

隔音非常差，隔壁説話都能聽到，床的地方對着就是樓上廁所，半夜樓上上廁所、開水龍頭都會驚醒，一晚上沒睡好。房間有一股很濃的蚊香味，沒找到放哪裡，鼻子敏感了。

Hotel is located in nice area. Close to subway station. Stuff is nice and can speak English. We booked room with garden and dancing there in the night. Awesome budget hotel

Satisfied taking the price into the price. Located near the metro station, front desk stuffs can speak English. I stayed there for 5 nights, but had no inconvenience during the stay. Very good for the foreigners.

The location is good but the room is not very clean, no chairs in the garden and can not cook in the kitchen.

Very convenient and warm apartment. The building is going through renovation, so there are some things here and there, but the price is pleasant. Also, the subway is very close to this hotel. It was quiet and clean. The reception lady was accommodating and friendly.
