We loved the food in this hotel, my son couldn't stop talking about this hotel. The view was beautiful from our balcony.

Service on executive floor was very good. Special thanks to Frank and the chef for their attention. Disappointed in choice of Western dishes at breakfast and no description of dishes in English.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here. The staff was friendly and helpful, many spoke some English. The room was very comfortable. The view from the room looked out onto a German style row of restaurants and some of the water and mainland part of Qingdao. The breakfast had fair offerings of Western and Chinese food. There was a 24-hour convenience store in the hotel for snacks. The location was quiet and peaceful, nearby the friends I was visiting but not very near the touristic spots of Qingdao. It was convenient for my purposes.

Frank provided excellent service in Lounge. Food at breakfast was barely available at 9.20, breakfast room very full and service personal not enough.

Very relaxing and the view was amazing! I've been in this hotel twice and it never disappoint me.

The hotel is very similar to those around it. The one special thing about this one is that we could sit outside for our meals and enjoy the outside vibe. Sunday night has a live band session which amazing. The outside play ground also catered well for our kids.

The first time I came to Qingdao, my friend recommended two hotels. I hesitated for a while and chose this one. I really made the right choice! The experience is very good. The hotel is in the best location on Xinghai Island, but the price-performance ratio is super high. The environment of the hotel is very good. Fortunately, our room this time has the sea when we open the balcony door. The air is very fresh. It is really an ideal travel room. However, we are in a hurry for business trip this time and can't enjoy it more. Special thanks to Cecilia at the hotel front desk for delaying the check-out time for us. The lady is very considerate and professional. Thank you for the hotel's attentiveness. When I checked in, I gave my husband and I two handmade cookies 🍪, which is very heartwarming for my husband who likes sweet cookies. This hotel gave us the first feeling of coming to Qingdao. It was very warm at the beginning. We will choose Hilton next time! The sea and food here make me want to stay for a few more days next time. I haven't tasted enough food. Qingdao really has too many food, especially colorful seafood dumplings, especially Jue Jue Zi. The hotel has a lot of food choices. I have to praise the seafood porridge in the morning. There are a lot of seafood, and the shrimps are very tender and delicious. One bite heals the taste buds and is very heartwarming. I even drank it two nights in a row. It's not just the food that warms your heart, but also the service of the hotel, especially the service staff, who are well-educated and professional. The room aunt is very good at night, and the room is very well tidy. The bed in the hotel is really comfortable, which impressed me very much. The decoration of the hotel is simple and exquisite, and the warm colors are calm and comfortable, but the details are very interesting. There are several super cool Iron Man robots in the lobby on the first floor. This should be a device that all boys will go crazy for.

Everything is good, except the facilities. The hot water is not hot. I was freezing when I took a shower. I took off all my clothes and got wet, so I didn't ask for service and just endured it. I really didn't want to bother. The included mimibar was not ready. I called to ask for it, but it was not fully provided. However, the service at the Chinese restaurant downstairs was pretty good. I forgot to take the charger, and the courier delivered it to me.

This stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel really exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the smiles and efficient service of the front desk staff made me feel very friendly, especially Anna at the front desk who handled the check-in procedures quickly and also upgraded the room type ❤️. The room type that Anna upgraded to has an unbeatable view, please see the pictures.
