The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic perfect for a nice staycation, it is near the Bay with a great view of the ocean, with May 4th Square, Olympic Sailing center and Third Bathing Beach all at a walking distance. The locality is quite and calm and allows you to have a fabulous experience of the nature and its calm I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Qingdao in a budget friendly way and experience the best staycation. The staff is super friendly, can speak English which is a great plus for foreigners, has a nice cafe which serves some of the best hot chocolate I ever had.

If you want cute instagram pics, this place is for you. I did a 3day staycation. Great things: The host and her family/ staff have amazing hospitality. They will try their best to get you what you need ASAP and they keep checking on you to make sure you’re comfortable. 💕💕💕 Quickest room service too. The place has a very quaint in-house cafe, a bar overlooking the ocean and direct access to the promenade. 📸🌊☕️🍷 Bath tub (the reason I booked there), big bathroom mirrors and proper shower heads. 😍😍😍 The linen and towels felt so fresh and new. Best bring your laptop as my room had a projector and screen for movie cuddle time. 😊☺️😊 But, breakfast menu is really limited. And the afternoon tea “set” advertised on Trip (the 2nd main reason I booked here) was just a cup of coffee/ latte, there were no tea snacks. 🥲 You can though purchase things from the cafe. Or order from Meituin. Lots of restaurants within 2km radius. Overall, a great stay. I’d like to go back when the weather is warmer.

Omg! The view says everything! Any time of the day, the view is just fascinating! Tranquil and private atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were super quick; breakfast was included: sandwiches and milk or juice. The view was simply stunning. The room had a giant screen and projector, and we even watched a movie. Warm and cozy. And don't let me start with that gorgeous bath with this sea view! We enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of space and beauty, and we had a lot of rest. Loved the experience. ❤️🌊

This seaside villa is so cosy. It has a bar facing the sea and a lovely small swimming pool. The rooms are nicely decorated. Good English service.

Very nice. Everything is new. Code locks on every door. Stunning ocean views and friendly and helpful staff. Bathing Beach 3 is within walking distance. Will come again.

衞生收拾的不錯，靠海邊也不潮，環境很好，種了很多花花草草，有咖啡小店，坐着看海挺舒服的，後門可以直接下到木棧道，海邊散步很方便，目測周邊海景酒店衹有他家有，不然要繞大一圈才到海邊。外賣直達前台服務很好，還幫忙拿了外賣。看燈光秀位置絕佳。但是民宿最近旁邊有店裝修白天噪聲比較大，出去玩無所謂準備度假的慎重。民宿定了就不能取消，另外丟了一個充電器，問了能不能幫忙找下有沒有丟到房子裏，答應了就沒聲了。一個充電器也不值啥，但找不找的到得給個聲吧。

房間如圖無差 可惜天氣不好 沒有看到期盼的日出 燈光秀地理位置絕佳 房間露台就能看 去的時候降温 管家貼心的多加了一條被子 咖啡店去看海的超級VIP通道很便利 忘機打包的耳機也被安排快遞迴家 總之暑假還會來

這我們是淡季出遊2月底入住的。入住的客人不多很安靜。別墅就在海邊，樓下有個咖啡廳坐的喝喝咖啡看看海景吹吹海風非常不錯！晚上7點到9點半有燈光秀非常漂亮！房間建議住海景房陽光很充足可以看日出！我們住的綠野仙蹤也很不錯！有大浴缸！淡季性價比高！

房間設施齊全，位置絕佳，日出日落，海風徐徐，夕陽西下，品一杯咖啡，夜幕降臨欣賞華燈上彩。親子出遊，百米可見沙灘，情侶出行，數公里愛情海道。

衞生挺乾淨的。你拍的照片也很好看。出門就是海邊。可以看到夜景燈光秀。還有迷你小吧服務態度也非常好。哈哈

酒店位置很方便看海，從後門出去左邊是54廣場，右邊是三浴，因為到酒店是後半夜了，還給升級了房型，一推門出去就能看到大海和日出，還有一個自己的小庭院～超級温馨，很開心的一次出行體驗

第一次來青島旅遊，在網上做攻略選的這家民宿，本來衹打算住兩晚，另一晚準備在青島站附近找新的民宿的，但是住完這裏的兩晚後，覺得挺好的，又續住了一天 ❶關於位置，在五四廣場和奧林匹克帆船中心附近，住在別墅區沿海，有個小院子，早上可以看日出，晚上可以看燈光秀，走大概六七百米可以坐地鐵到別的地區，打車也很方便，相比於棧橋附近打車會便宜很多，而且容易有司機接單些 ❷關於房間，我住的七月，配備有投影儀，浴缸和淋浴間，房間裏有地暖，嘗試了一下晚上洗好衣服晾，第二天晚上能幹，窗户是對着院門口，看不到日出，但是景色還不錯 ❸關於服務，剛下飛機就有管家打電話確認過來的時間，加了後會發地址和導航視頻給我，到門口就來給我們拿行李，我們出去玩後，還幫我們把行李放進了房間，每天都會問一下是否需要打掃房間 ，整體來説很貼心 如果下次還來青島的話，應該還會來這家的
