Our one night stay at the MGM hotel was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, they did everything they could to make our family's stay comfortable. We registered for WECHAT and had no problem communicating even though we were non-speaking tourists. I was especially impressed with the staff member who attended to us, Ms. SUZY, who checked on our children and provided gifts for them. In addition, she fulfilled our personal requests perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel and Ms. SUZY.

MGM as expected. I visited with my girlfriend because it was an anniversary. After check in, the manager brought the fruit and cake to my room and brought the fruit back in the evening. The staff service is good, and they are always smiling. We had a really good time.. See you next time.

Really nice and modern Hotel. Room was perfect and very clean! Location is good, close to a Mall with many opportunities to shop and eat. But we didn’t like the beach. Breakfast was not good. Typical chinese with not many western choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful and some could speak good English.

This place is everything you’d expect it to be. Staff were very attentive, friendly, helpful and they spoke English too. The hotels location is very close to a metro station and Lion Mall. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room looked brand new. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

The presence of a mini couch adds a touch of luxury and offers a great spot to enjoy the mesmerizing sea view. The aesthetics of the toilet are impressive, with a huge light mirror and a flexible mini light mirror that can be adjusted to your liking, making it convenient for personal grooming. The inclusion of a bathtub and a separate shower area caters to various preferences. One of the standout features is the Dyson hair dryer, known for its efficiency in drying hair quickly. This added amenity enhances the overall guest experience. The automated toilet seat is a thoughtful touch, as it lifts when you enter and automatically flushes when you leave, providing convenience and maintaining hygiene. Qingdao MGM Hotel certainly combines luxury and affordability, making it a delightful choice for a memorable stay.

The hotel is new. Staff are kindness. Location is strategic

Firstly, I must mention the facilities of this hotel. As it is newly opened, all the facilities are extremely new, from the beds and bathrooms in the rooms to the decorations and leisure facilities in the public areas. The hotel's interior design is uniquely stylish, exhibiting a more trendy look compared to other international hotels around this area, giving off a sense of fashion and modernity. Secondly, despite being located a bit far from the seashore, this did not hinder my appreciation of the sea view. From my room, I could enjoy the beauty of the sea and feel the gentle breeze of the ocean, as if I were on a seaside vacation. Moving on to the breakfast, it was quite extensive, offering a variety of choices. From traditional Chinese breakfast options to Western bread and milk, there's something for everyone. Both Chinese and Western breakfast lovers can find something to satisfy their taste buds here. Moreover, the quality of the breakfast is excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, making it a satisfying meal. Lastly, I must mention the underground parking lot of this hotel. It provides ample parking spaces, making it very convenient for guests who travel by car. The parking lot is also well-equipped, with dedicated security personnel to oversee the vehicles, giving guests peace of mind when leaving their cars here.

It was my first time staying at MGM Qingdao, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional hotel facilities and overall stay experience. It exceeded my expectations, even surpassing my experiences at MGM Grand Las Vegas. I want to extend a special thanks to Miss Eva for her outstanding enthusiasm and professionalism. Without a doubt, MGM will remain my top choice in Qingdao.

Beautiful entrance, high-tech feeling lobby, good service. The view is great, however the windows were a bit dirty on the outside, so it ruined the view a little bit. Besides that, all great! My bathroom was so big like it was another room.

Nice building, nice room, nice breakfast and nice service, everything is good.
