Ulasan B&B HOTEL Heilbronn

Hello!! The room is very clean and have enough space. About the personnel, when I checked last August 31, 2023 around 5PM, the staff in the front desk was NOT FRIENDLY. I know & I understand that she is a foreigner because I am a foreign in Germany too. But she must act friendly AND POLITE. BUT the staff who is incharge & who entertained me in the front desk in the morning of September 1st was very friendly AND ACCOMMODATING. Then overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will give it a 10/10stars. More power!

The hotel was nice. Very convenient location, at a walking distance from the train station. However, there’s no one there in case you have any issues. For example, one person in our group had problems with his back and he had to wait until the next day to request a pillow and they didn’t give us any since they said their policy is to have only 1 per person (a bit extreme and not too nice for the customers). So just be aware that this is good for the price but not the best if you have any problems.

前台服務非常好，依舊是很有禮，而且位置很近Heilbronn hbf 但就是住了3天也沒有熱水，只有凍水

可以步行到火車站

服務很好，免費寄存行李！房間很大，帶空調！

Top lage, parken teuer!

Simple hotel but enough to have a nice sleep. Bathroom was great. Everything tidy and clean.

The corridor stank. The room had heavy and stuffed air,aybe dirty carpeting.

I'd like to recommend this hotel for your trip. but when you check in, please check your room is not next a storage or a cleaning room. Cleaning process is start early morining. It makes some noisey sound and prevent your deep sleep.

Everything was nice except that most of the staff either cannot or does not want to speak English

B&B Hotel Heilbronn is a simple hotel, clean and well organised. Very close to the station, it has friendly staff and a mediocre breakfast. Nothing to complain about, recommended for short stays for business.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Unterkunft war sauber, der Parkplatz einfach zu finden und gut erreichbar. Das war Top, ich bin super zufrieden

Der Online Ceckin war über ******* gar nicht möglich. Der Checkin Automat am Jotel war defekt. Über die Notfallnummer wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Zimmer nicht bezahlt sei und ich deswegen nicht einchecken könne, was gar nicht gestimmt hat. Ich musste 1 Stunde warten, bis jemand an der Rezeption war
