Hotel is located in the High Tech Zone which is 40 minutes from downtown . The area is filled with half constructed buildings , empty completed buildings , and no shopping or restaurants within walking distance . There is a mall but it is about .4 km away . Hotel has good laundry facilities, a foster gym / no weights - only a few treadmills and bike, no restaurant for dinner , and breakfast is simple but adequate , Staff are polite and helpful .

The room is clean and spacious. Front office is friendly and helpful. Using the shower turns on music in the bathroom 😀 cool! Stayed for one night, but will go back
