I am about to leave the hotel for the airport, but since they did not take our AI bands and towel cards, the Kids are swimming at the pool I am chilling on a sunbed and writing this review. First of all the place is huge! There are three main areas: the beach where you can (what a surprise) swim in the sea and see the fish. There are two jetties, and this is one of the only "complaint" I have: although the weather is perfect in October, the strong winds caused a constant red flag, on the jetty. The good thing is, there is a big cutout in the reef where the kids can swim, and there are quite a few fish there as well. What is more, you can sign up for a very short trip to a neighbouring bay, where the reef is spectacular. It is free of charge, and you are driven there in the company of lifeguards. Must see! The beach area also have a bar, and a restaurant where you can have breakfast and lunch. The pool area is nice and varied. There are more than enough of sunbeds, and a well equipped bar. The aquapark area is huge. It has slides and pools for small and big ones. My kids loved it. The room: very big, cleaned everyday. Although the furniture is oldish, and sometimes a bit "tired" everything works and is clean. No complaints here. The food: breakfast is ok. Fresh omelette made on the spot, pancakes, a few kinds of veggies and fruit, loads of breads and buns. Lunch always has something to interest you, but the dinner is where Akassia shines: everyday we were here there was something new on the grill, from koftas to crawfish, and a vast variety of other things. The taste also ok, although I would expect more spices from Egyptian cooks. The people: very nice, very helpful. Everyone from the cleaning staff, bus boy, to a bread-baking lady made us feel welcome, but special thanks goes to Mr Hosni, who took great care of us and was really interested in our wellbeing. Overal: great holiday!

The food is amazing, not gonna lie actually it’s really good. The choice is wide and fits everyone. My favourite part of the stay was playing volleyball on the beach with people i met. The sea is okay and the coral reef is beautiful.

Absolutely the worst hotel rooms not clean food awful staff apart from the lobby barman are very rude food is awful drinks undrinkable pesterd by cleaner for tips even though he didn't clean are bathroom or are room properly at all using a very dirty cloth to clean with

Hotel was very nice, lots of attractions for kids and adults. Very close to the beach. Food could be better because it was same every day. The best part of the whole stay was the animation team! Chelsea absolutely stole our kids hearts!!!! Amazing animations and entertainment. They can do everything!!! From fire shows to dancing and face painting. I have never seen such an amazing animation team ❤️

We enjoyed the hotel and the boys loved the aqua bark. Unfortunately not for long, my son contracted a bug that made him very sick and he couldn't walk out of bed. Dr.Mustafa and his assistant provided us with good care, they visited my son several times every day fo four days untill he became better and we were able to fly home. I am grateful for them. Overall it was difficult experience for us.

It’s a wonderful resort I’m very glad to spend this vacations. Room is very clean. Food and drinks also more fantastic Wonderful aqua for adults and children. Sandy beach and full of fish swimming beside you. Staff are very helpful and more cooperative i’ll will come back again

The staff and animation team is really good and nice to children. The food was lovely at the main restaurant/buffet and the special dinners were very romantic. I need to use a wheelchair and mr Hosni made sure we had a perfect room, space at the beach and help if needed. Mail the hotel if you have a disability to get a room with special facilities for a wheelchair user. The view over the house reef is very beautiful from the beach restaurant. The aqua park has many great slides also for grown ups. Thanks to all the staff for again a lovely and wonderful time.
