Ulasan Anantaya Resort & Spa Chilaw

The room was nice and big but didn't get why they opted for see-through glass walls (some blinds covering it!) for bathroom?

the staff and hotel is very nice i was wen there for start a tour i think this is the best hotel around in chillaw and also i need to thankful for their staff because when i went there i was little bit late but the staff make cool down my clients very well

Friendly and active in-house service definitely a plus point and delicious foods specially in Sri Lankan corner but the western corner to be improved according to the nutritional values! Addition of action station will be glamorous! And there is a beautiful view in the pool!♥️

The sea on one side and the lagoon on the other. Anantaya offered me and my parents a weekend we long needed with some much-needed peace. The surrounding nature only added to the resort's vibe, with the mangroves lining the walking path and the lawns that bore home to coconut trees here and there. The food was amazing, I especially loved there pasta station they had for their lunch service. This was only topped off by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. 1000% would visit again.

It was one of the amazing family trips we have gone to. Totally three rooms. Two double and one triple. Rooms are clean and tidy. Rooms are very spacious. Foods were amazing. Have varieties to choose. The staff was good. Recommended for future visits.

Good beach front setting, rooms and sun lounge areas are a bit shabby though and in need of an update. Generally we found the staff lacking in communication skills and less customer orientated as in other hotels we had stayed in. We had to ask to move rooms after three separate power cuts in one morning when none of the other guests had power cuts in their rooms only the short of / on blips which occur during stormy weather. Food was ok but nothing stood out although the chef and a few of the dining staff were very pleasant and helpful especially the lady in charge.

Anantaya is located 80km away from Colombo and from the airport, it is about 30km. Chilaw is not normally a tourist town but the hotel is located in an exclusive piece of land where the river connects to the sea. well-maintained and super comfortable hotel for relaxing.. more than all their customer service is exceptional. overall entire team is excellent in serving customers. they smile greet and take extra mile to make the guest visit remarkable. I will rank Anantaya as probably the best in customer service so far. excellent hotel overall with a super location, well-kept modern facilities and excellent service. worth a visit for any guest who wants to enjoy a relaxed tropical beach holiday in Sri Lanka. i stayed there on my wedding annivasary and I must thank Anantaya team to make it so memorable with overall service of yours..

Visited for an outbound training organized by our organization. Very nice hotel with very unpleasant staff. There were some nice staff members. But majority was unpleasant. They treated us in a rude manner. Totally disappointed. 😩😩😩

Beautiful place and excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay at Ananthaya resort. Nilmini, the supervisor and the other staff at the restaurant are very cordial and friendly and their service is excellent. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thank you.

the facility is a dream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially a huge thank you to Nilmini and the team🙏, they were always there for us and always fulfilled our wishes. The staff speaks English and French very well. For the German tourists among us, Ms. Nilmini is the best contact person. With her very good German, she helped us a lot and gave us wonderful days. I'm looking forward to coming again with my family

Couldn't expect more, our journey was wonderfull. The restaurant has great tasty food, the rooms can have some light defective items but the staff is always ready to help and do anything to make you happy. Great way to discover Sri Lanka and its wonderfull people. Special thanks to all the staff at the hotel, nicest ones we ever had. Would recommand to anyone !

I recently stayed for two nights and enjoyed a lot with my family after some time. The hotel is lovely, with very friendly staff. It could use a renovation, but overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent and was a good spread!!
