This was fun for kids but I wasn’t too impressed with the room and room service. Despite having a 24 month old who struggles to climb multiple steps, they thought it was a fantastic idea to put us on the top floor. We struggled to get her up and down in her stroller daily as there’s no elevators in the entire property. Then, our A/C and fridge wasn’t working upon arrival and the room didn’t look fully cleaned… it looked like they gave us a room that wasn’t really ready for anyone. At 11 pm, they replaced the fridge and fixed the A/C (closed the sliding door completely or else the A/C turns off. Likely a cost saving measure but they should turn on the A/C for new guests immediately). It was hot and my baby was sick after the flight so we needed it.
In terms of room, they really provide the bare minimum amenities. They didn’t give us anything for the fridge including water or coffee for 2 days and I almost had the natural water with my medication which is not allowed, because of lack of service. We ended up all getting a bit sick on the trip and having the bare minimum provided didn’t really help (wow, 2 toilet rolls for a week stay and 3 people, 3 towels only for 3 people). I had to via the app request more and then things improved.
The castle and water slides were fun but a bit advanced for my 2-year-old. The beach was about a 10 min walk from where we were, not really steps from the resort. The resort is huge. The food wasn’t great. I likely wouldn’t return.
