Ulasan Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana

This was an excellent stay. It’s not near the downtown area nor walkable outside resort. You’ll need transportation to leave the resort. We were a couple and it was very nice even though it wasn’t adults only. There was alot of live entertainment at night to keep you busy. We didn’t need to leave the resort and was just fine walking to the beach and going to the pool area. The food was just great. I ate a lot but it seemed more healthy than food in US. I loved the assortment of fruits and vegetables. We did a spa treatment as well. The entertainment was well planned and set up so that there is something different every night. I have no complaints. Next time we come we’ll try an adults only resort.

Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

這個酒店是我旅遊經歷中差的之一，我總結一下，1:餐廳很多但每一個都不是你可以享受你度假的感覺，全程5天我都是處在肚子腹瀉的狀態。2，酒店沒有按照規定給你選擇好的房間，按照他們的説辭就是敷衍你，把你整個旅程從快樂變成不快樂。3，如果你沒有準備好小費你將會體驗到不同的待遇，服務質量差到挑戰你的極限。4，房間設備很多都壞的，衹能少數人説英文，還很難懂。任何人都説YES,但是他們其實都不理解， 雖然我事先有準備定了最高級別的房間但是還是遭遇劫難，在這裏我要感謝攜程的售後服務，他們給了我一點點安慰。

We loved this property. The location - the beach - the pools - the food - the staff. No complaints!

The room was excellent and well-maintained. However, the only downside was that the food didn't quite meet the standard we've experienced at other accommodations.

Everyone at this resort was lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious. The showers were cute but not practical. We found turning both shower heads on seemed to help keep the water temperature consistent. Water does leak out of the door. We had a butler and only saw him once, but he texted and checked in if we needed anything. Not sure what you would need him for since the app is great and you can request room service, restock water, order room service and check the activities. You are not able to make reservations at restaurants but we only had to wait a few minutes. The food was fine. As an average American woman I found the serving sizes to be quite small. None of the meals impressed me. It was all just fine. I found myself craving fresh vegetables, as there were hardly any offered. The bar located beyond the pool (the one with the swings) was by far the best. They were friendly, never too crowded, made the best drinks. The entertainment team was great - especially for my 10 year old. He is too old for kids club, too young for teen activities. Baby Face and Victor OG made both of us feel welcome and excited to be there. The pools were never too crowded. Tubes are provided for the Lazy River but some people did bring their own for that or the pool. We booked the preferred package but honestly, there was no need. The swim out room would have been fun for my son. Overall.... It was a GREAT trip!!!

First time coming here. It was exceptional. The staff was very awesome and service was great. I will sure come back.

I did not get any of the benefits from paying to level up. Paid for exclusive restaurants that were closed because of private weddings. Our exclusive butler did not follow through with requests. There was nothing gained for the extra expense.

We spent one week at dreams macao beach with our family (two kids under 5). We loved it. They have a nice lazy river with water slide (kids need to be 3ft9 to go on them) and a nice kids pool area. They also have beautiful pools. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. They love kids and they definitely paid attention to them. The entertainment was good but I wish they started earlier for the kids. They have an arcade with bowling but you need to pay extra and it’s expensive. All in all we loved our stay and would recommend

Wonderful place. Not crowded even though it was sold out. Never waited more than a few minutes for anything. Good size. Not too much walking. Food was good and lots of options.

The entertainment was excellent. Johnny Bravo, Justin Bieber, Baby Face and Michael Jordan were very friendly and had everyone having a great time! I recommend this resort to all my family and friends! We had an amazing time and will be back.

Omar and his butler staff were excellent , entertainment team with willie wonky, baby face and others went all out at every event to make a great show
