My husband and I spent the best weekend at this hotel! The room was so cozy, with a stunning sunset view from the balcony. The welcome drink, the luxurious concierge and the very friendly receptionist made us feel special. Breakfast included fresh fruits, cheeses, rolls and aromatic coffee. Hot pancakes and snacks, fresh juices, prosciutto and much more - you will be impressed by how delicious and beautiful everything is!

The rooms are soo cozy and beautifully styled, and the restaurant is a foodies paradise. Every meal was unforgettable, especially homemade pasta! The staff here goes above and beyond, always smiling, always ready to help. They really made our stay extra special!

Super service from night-end hotel! We booked a couples’ massage, and it was pure relaxation. The dinner was incredible, delicious food, a big wine list and a beautiful sunset. This place is perfect for a romantic escape. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

Relax with amazing view Cala del Porto Punta Ala feels like a dreamy escape. The views are unreal, and the staff treats you like family, absolutely loved it! The chef prepared a special dish for our children, they were very pleased. Thank you, team.

From the gorgeous pool to the private beach, every corner of this place is perfect for relaxing. Every evening we had dinner at the restaurant with incredible sunset view… it is postcard!! The very beautiful and cozy rooms create the feeling that you are participating in the filming of an Italian movie. An incredible experience! And I would really like to mention the very attentive and highly professional staff! Thank you all! You have made our vacation unforgettable!

My husband and I have just spent 5 fantastic nights at this stunning hotel. We had spent a busy tour visiting Florence, Siena, La Spezia and Cinq Terre. We were very ready to relax and be pampered and we certainly were at this gorgeous hotel. We stayed in a standard room which was beautifully decorated and had fabulous high quality furnishing/fabrics and bedlinen. If you are able to afford a sea view I think it would be well worth it. The decor through the entire hotel is so calming and beautiful. The staff are all wonderful, polite and friendly. Everyone from the managers to the waiters and cleaners. The outside pool area is also fabulous with lovely loungers and beautiful towels provided. Breakfast is plentiful with a good variety of continental and cooked options. Cooked breakfasts are freshly cooked and brought to your table. We ate twice in the restaurant and it was delicious. We were a little surprised to discover that all the beaches were private and the cost was €40 per day (incl loungers and parasol) however we found a quiet beach nearby where we managed to find a public area to have our daily swim and then return to the stunning pool area to sunbathe. As has been said this is a quiet area and definitely not for partygoers! After our busy tour it proved absolutely perfect for us. We found several lovely walks and also enjoyed browsing the beautiful yachts in the nearby marina. There are a few shops and restaurants in the marina area and we enjoyed several good/cheaper meals here too. Thank you for a super holiday, we highly recommend.

Stayed here for a few days whilst going to see Andrea Boccelli which was an hour and a half drive away from Theatro Di Silenzio. What a beautiful hotel this is . So pretty and with wonderful staff, food and service. The views of the Marina below are breathtaking. The food in the hotel was excellent and there were lovely restaurants bars and upmarket shops to visit in the Marina below which was a 10 minute walk away.

The rooms are comfortable, views are exquisite and the pool was very relaxing but, the location is a touch limiting. We had a lovely relaxing time, but my child (6yro) was a little bored by the end of our time. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff really do want to help, I just felt that the location was a bit lacking. they didn't inform us though of a close by water park or kids club which could have been helpful. We felt that any day excursions were very expensive and best to have access to a car if staying here.

Ho partecipato a un aperitivo a bordo piscina seguito da una cena al Ristorante Belvedere: un’esperienza indimenticabile. La location è unica, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. I cocktail erano preparati alla perfezione e la cena, semplicemente deliziosa. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo, ideale sia per eventi privati che per una cena raffinata in buona compagnia.

Cala del Porto a Punta Ala è un vero angolo di paradiso. Il ristorante offre una vista mozzafiato sul porto e sul mare toscano, perfetta per una cena romantica o una serata speciale. L’aperitivo è un’esperienza incredibile: cocktail raffinati, accompagnati da stuzzichini curati nei minimi dettagli, il tutto immerso in un’atmosfera elegante e rilassata. Un luogo imperdibile, dove bellezza, gusto e tranquillità si incontrano. Assolutamente da visitare!

Posizione meravigliosa, ragazze alla hall gentilissime… il resto nulla! Un vero peccato..sicuramente il cambio di proprieta’nn ha avuto buon effetto ma x un 5 stelle ci sono errori nn giustificabili e nn giustificabili a quel prezzo Servizio a tavola x colazione(manca di tutto ) e cena molto rallettato con camerieri in confusione totale nonostante la poca affluenza. Tv nn funzionante in camera, mancanza del ricambio asciugamani piu’volte richiesto, terrazza nn pulita x l intera settimana! Peccato… tanto potenziale..location ineguagliabile!

在這裏待一會，你肯定會受到超贊的好服務。我們在這家酒店訂了一個禮拜的，在第一個晚上之後，空調壞掉。經過一段熱乎乎的不睡不着的時間，我們被安排在第二個有空調的房間。我們被告知我們前一個晚上本應該呆在一個更小的房間里（因為我們更傾向於有空調的房間）。驚喜的是，我們被安排在一個套房裡。因為這個非常感謝酒店，再上一個晚上我們被這樣對待。

The Leading Hotels è sempre stato una garanzia per i servizi ma questa volta ho dovuto chiedere se ancora fanno parte della categoria visto che i servizi sono stati scarsissimi dappertutto! Impiegati giovanissimi , simpatici, ma senz’altro senza scuola alberghiera oppure corsi di formazione… Era evidente da come si muovevano , di come dialogavano con te… La pulizia nelle camere era scarsa( vetri sporchi, puliti con lo straccio fino a dove era arrivata la dipendente…) Il parquet lavato con prodotti non adatti per cui aloni dappertutto. La piscina era pulita con un piccolo robot e dopo lavavano con la canna a getto d’acqua il pavimento esterno della piscina. Cosi tutto lo sporco del pavimento finiva in piscina🙇‍♀️ Servizi scarsi dappertutto, compreso in spiaggia che , dovete sapere, dista 10’ cca dall’hotel. Vi portano loro con la navetta e al ritorno aspettate cca 30’ prima che vi vengono a prendere… poi il servizio è in gruppo … mica individuale per camera( noi avevamo suite). Dovete sapere che l’ombrellone si paga 80€ al giorno e 200 e più il gazebo.( servizio degno da Leading😃) Morale: paesaggio bello! Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto eseguite bene da maestri in comunicazione! L’hotel non è all’altezza delle cinque stelle e ancor meno di un Leading Hotels!!! Spero che la catena si renda conto x togliere il distintivo… .

Mal organizzazione generale, sono gentili ma per un 5 stelle impossibile che si arriva in piscina e il bagnino non ha i lettini perché rotti, prenotiamo transfer e si dimenticano quindi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare.. unico punto pos: il cibo

La struttura nel porto di Punta Ala ha diversi plus da 5 stelle: - location stupenda - area silenziosa - camere confortevoli con bagno ampio / spazioso - servizio spiaggia eccellente Purtroppo però c'è un lato oscuro ovvero l'insoddisfazione sia di mia moglie che mia per quanto successo tra sabato 23 e domenica 24 luglio 20220: i) sabato mattina nel viaggio da Roma a Punta Ala abbiamo dovuto chiamare più e più volte per avere la conferma del servizio spiaggia; nella prima e nella seconda telefonata ci era stato promesso che saremmo stati richiamati e nessuno si è fatto vivo però; ii) all'arrivo al resort attorno alle 13:15 / 13:00, l'acqua e/o il vino frizzante sono stati offerti / non offerti con poca professionalità ed apparente scortesia iii) la toilette a disposizione degli ospiti, utilizzata da mia moglie durante il check-in, sempre attorno alle 13:15 / 13:00 era sporca con il cestino che trabordava di fazzoletti sporchi iv) al rientro dopo il pomeriggio al mare sulla spiaggia, il secondo check-in è durato una infinità poiché l'addetta non trovava né nominativi né numero di stanza (peccato che il primo check-in era avvenuto 8 ore prima e avevate i nostri bagagli) v) telecomando TV e luci da lettura sulla testiera del letto KO vi) a cena al ristorante, pur in presenza di cibo e vini molto buoni, i camerieri / cameriere troppo informali quasi stile agriturismo ("ragazzi che cosa vi porto", "adesso vi arriva uno stuzzico") vii) come detto, scudo difensivo totale alla richiesta di parlare con l'hotel manager ... paura ?? bah un po' poco comprensibile ... PECCATO!
