The place is large and convenient, close to the Chinese medicine market and the high-speed rail station. The breakfast is very good and it is very comfortable for the family to get together. If I go to Puning next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could check in early one day in advance and got a positive response. On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a deluxe room because the room had not been cleaned yet. Five stars for the service of the guy who checked us in that day. The room is large, the facilities are intact, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. It has everything you need, which is good.

The environment itself is nice and quiet, but the equipment is too old. The furniture is scratched, the carpet and bed sheets have holes, and the shower glass is stained. It will not be my first choice in the future.

The price increased to over 800 yuan during the Chinese New Year, which is understandable, but the check-in experience is really bad. After checking in, the heating was on, which was too hot. The central air conditioning was slow to cool down and would not cool down all night. The children and adults were sweating. The pillows were very uncomfortable. When I asked the front desk, they didn't even have disposable cups. I feel that the price increase should at least improve the check-in experience.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said it was in the secret compartment. I asked the front desk again and they asked the engineering department to come up. Finally, they came and it was not solved. This is also secondary. The window of the key room is a decoration and cannot be opened. The air conditioner is turned on but it is not turned on. I can't feel any wind. It seems that the air conditioner is broken and has not been repaired. The first hotel I stayed in during the Spring Festival was not the same as the picture.
