Hotel Pet Friendly di Pune

The menu was Indian, so I was sorry that there weren't many menus to choose from. The exercise facility was under construction, so I couldn't use it, but it was nice to have Happy Hour so I could replace dinner.

I used it on my first business trip to Pune. It's close to the airport and shopping malls, so I felt it was very convenient. The room was spacious enough for one person and was clean. I felt sorry that there were no slippers. I was hoping for something a little more Western for breakfast, but I was disappointed by the lack of options as it was mostly Indian food. However, it was convenient and clean, so I would like to use it again on my next business trip to Pune.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is good. Some parts are a little too much ^^ I just don't know much about food. Will stay again next time I go to India One more thought is needed.

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

Stay was okay. Not bad nor good what is good: bedroom was good and one thing that i liked is extra person has its private space. Property was good, silent and small location is good. All the points are near by the property what is bad: food was very bad and needed lots of improvement, breakfast had very limited items 3-4. Even though we didn't use the swimming pool but saw that it requires daily cleaning

The housekeeping team maintained a spotless room throughout my stay, always responding to requests promptly and ensuring i had everything i needed. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth while offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, the combination of excellent food, top-notch housekeeping, and friendly, attentive service made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed for a night and right from checkin to checkout the people were great. Welcoming and friendly. The staff took care to keep our luggage secure and guided locally to nearby places for food. Overall the hospitality was good. Rooms were neat and tidy and coffee tea was adequate. Bathroom was spotless.
