10年前住過這個酒店 當時感覺還不錯，這次太失望了，設施老化 衞生不行 服務也差，空調啟動猶如火車開過，沒辦法睡的….感謝攜程協調退了第二天的房，朋友們 選其他的酒店😂

In general, staff were not friendly and seem to be not very happy to be there.
Our room was not available for over an hour past check in time.
There were never clean towels! To get pool/beach towels we had to go 4 times and did not get them until we complaint that it had been 2 days and still nothing available. When I inquired to speak with a manager, I was told there would not be one available as it was their day off! We were there for 5 days and the manager was never there according to Check in desk staff!
I would go back to the property if it was managed and staffed different!

Great staff and service. The staff put in a lot of energy and work into the night time entertainment and activities. The food selection was okay, the beach was beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay again

The service was exceptional and the cleanliness was on point. We always saw someone cleaning picking up cups.. I would recommend. If you are looking for state of art place, this is not it. But if you are looking for a place to meet new ppl laugh and have a peaceful vacation, THIS IS THE PLACE.

The people are wonderful from the minute you check in until you leave. The bed is not a king size bed but more like a queen. Comfy though. Pillows were small compared to normal pillows. Food at the beach grill is the same everyday. Basic stuff, nachos, burgers, pizza. The same with the buffet in main dining room. We did eat at Octopus and the food was great. They have their own brand of alcohol at the resort. I can honestly say I don't know what proof it is but my guess is 20 LOL.I am used to my 80 proof vodka and theirs was not even close. Hats off to Ernesto and Nazir at the bars.

Pros and cons. The only con is that it is hard to get a Notification for your airport shuttle pick up and ******* is no good in helping. For the rest it is pros. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is good. Nothing to brag about, but does the job is nice. The beach is clean.And the pool is nice. It is close to the airport. I would stay there again

The shuttle is not free! They gave me a room with a broken bed. The staff didn’t know any questions that I had. The spa is a closet! It had a nail salon and hair salon and a small spa bed for massages. They had no elevator for people for wheelchairs and had me on the third floor. It’s a retirement community resort, they didn’t have anything for young people. The room that my friend bought wasn’t what she asked for and had to pay extra for what she already pay for! It is not all inclusive, it’s semi all inclusive. I asked for a mamosa from the “all inclusive bar” and they said only certain people were allowed to have them.
