What a lovely complex, not to big the apartment’s we’re quite spacious and all in side were perfect. Apartment was cleaned every other day + towels changed. The complex itself was very clean and kept tidy, the gardens were lovely. The staff were excellent and friendly. We were lucky and had a choice of two apartments. We chose B10 which was ground floor and on the end of the block. There is a pool restaurant which we used a couple of times and the food was good. There only 2 downside. 1) thePOOL it is not heated and it was very cold. 2) No English tv channels. Which we didn’t mind to much. We were there 30th March for 10 days. The coach drops you off in the next street which is only a 2 minute walk to the Arena Dorada Apartments. Will we be back?? Definitely. Definitely Yes. The main strip is just 3 minutes away.

Stayed for a week , lovely pool area plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Pool bar closed very early it would have been nice to be able to come back to complex and have a drink. Very disappointed in apartment while spacious it really could do with an upgrade, needed to be painted , needs a new shower unit it was very grubby looking, our view was'nt particulary nice would have loved a pool view, very convienient only a short walk to lovely restuarants ,bars and the beach. Unfortunely i would not return unless it was upgraded.

The apartment was in a good location. We were allocated an upper floor. The apartment itself was spacious however, was not particularly clean. The WiFi was very intermittent and there were no satellite channels. We complained but nothing was done and was told you might get a signal, you might not. Reception staff weren't particularly helpful. There is no air conditioning, but would be needed in the summer. The outdoor cafe on site closed about 6 pm and they would have benefitted if they had stayed open for evening meals. Overall it wasn't a bad apartment but don't think I will be returning.

Arrived at the hotel around 930pm/ checked in no problem very friendly reception staff. Allocated room D12 large and spacious with a large balcony with the sun on it most of the day. Pool area very clean with plenty of sunbeds no issues getting a bed. Pool clean but cold. Cafe attached to Pool excellent service with reasonable price for food and drink, very friendly staff. Location is perfect just off the beach road with bars/restaurants in abundance. The only downside with these apartments are no courtesy rooms available, and no air conditioning in the rooms. So peak months could be uncomfortable in the rooms. Note for hotel leave one room to be used as a courtesy room.

Enjoyed my stay here. Apartment was available early from 1pm which was great. Nice and clean had everything you could want. Modern and bright with lovely terrace. Location was fantastic for PDC centre and the pool area was good. Would stay again - but I do have to take a point away for having limited facilities for people with late flights. I did check a couple of times if a late checkout would be possible and the answer was check on the morning of your departure. I asked if 2/3pm might be an option and was told check on the morning of departure. Suffice to say on the morning of departure it was 12 at a push, with no facilities for having a shower or getting changed or anything. I mean I would have been quite happy to pay for this service, I wasn’t expecting it for free.

Average apartment at best. Bed was comfy and shower was ok but overall apartment was in need of modernisation. Main complaint was that the patio area was at the front of the apartment so not possible to keep the apartment cool as normally would leave the balcony door open at night to let a breeze through. This was fine in April but would be a problem in the summer months. Also had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. Towels were really old and difficult to dry your body with but they were changed every second day. Location was great only a two minute walk to the main avenue with numerous shops, restaurants and bars. PDC was a great resort and would recommend. Rancho Texas is a must to see we went to both the country and western night and the zoo and water park and had a great time!

Great apartments clean and tidy. Great location. Good little pool bar. Staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Booked a weeks holiday via Jet2. 10 days before they tell Jet2 overbooked and couldn't accommodate. Very bad. We had to book another hotel based on limited availability and to be honest take it or cancel holiday. Dreadful in this day and age with computerised booking systems.

Brilliant location for bars, restaurants and the beach. Literally a 90 second stroll. Friendly cleaning staff. Rooms basic but adequate. No AC which could be an issue in the hot summer months.

Great location, on middle of strip, up side road, mainly very quiet in whole complex. Room ok, bit dated, fairly clean. (I’m very very fussy) beds comfy and clean. Good shower . Ok for kitchen facilities. No air con but ceiling fans with remote charge. Pool nice but cold. Lots of beds, but some still reserve unfortunately. No lounger at apartment just table and chairs on balconies. Pool bar good, food available all day. Staff nice.

We flew down for a last minute week away. I had emailed Arena Dorada requesting C block and upon check in handed the keys to C 12. 1 br apartment on ground floor next to the pool, and we had a sea view Apartments very clean and bright, bed comfortable, great shower. Pool is absolutely freezing, but that's standard for Lanzarote in winter. Plenty of sun loungers so no sunbed wars. Only 3 nights and we did get a full clean, and not a cockroach in sight. Location is perfect , 1 street behind the main strip in Puerto del Carmen, everything right on doorstep. I would definitely stay here again especially if was lucky enough to get the same apartment

Booked these apartments for a cheeky week away. Read the reviews so went with an open mind. We had nothing to worry about, stayed in apartment D1, lovely large terrace with sun loungers and sea views. Large apartment, new microwave and hob, good selection of utensils and kitchen equipment. Cleaners came in everyday also got clean towels every day. Whether we were lucky with aoartment but we would definitely stay here again.

We have been to PDC over 20 times and have stayed in several different places around the town. we decided to give this place a try for a couple of reasons - the location and the price. After reading some of the recent reviews about unhelpful staff, cockroaches, dirty sunbeds and various other things we were a bit worried but spend most of our days out and about anyway so thought we would see what it was like for ourselves. First thing was getting there and the room wasn't ready but we were earlier than the stated 3pm check in so that wasn't a problem, the reception staff were very friendly and pleasant and asked us to come back a bit later and when we got back everything was ready and check in was easy and straight forward. We were given room B16 which was quite a big apartment and on first glance looked reasonably clean. There was a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, 2 ring hob so you could make your self something to eat if you wanted to. A decent size balcony which got the sun most of the day but not much of a view as it is behind the shops and restaurants on the strip. Looking closer during the week you can see where the room is dated and a bit rough round the edges especially the shower but the cleaners came in everyday and did what they could but it would benefit from a deep clean. We had the bedding changed once and the towels 3 changed 3 times in the week we were there. The pool area was OK with plenty of sun beds and no need to worry about saving one with a towel like in some places and while we were there the maintenance man was pressure washing all the sun beds so if any were dirty they shouldn't be now for a while. We didn't go in the pool and didn't see anyone in it at all but that is the same in nearly every place we have stayed in PDC as they are usually freezing cold at this time of year. All the area around the complex and gardens were very clean and tidy and well looked after Overall we were happy with the location and the staff were friendly and helpful but we wouldn't stay here again unless the rooms had a refurb and the shower rooms got updated. I know it is relatively cheap compared to some other places but you can find better.
