The pudukottai town is very small urban centre but in that place this hotel is looking a great and luxurious centre with excellent food and great rooms no one shd ever think of a better stay than here

A very good hotel, nice rooms, clean, good restaurant and underground parking for our tandem bicycle. Very helpful staff too. Only issue is the windows in our room, they didnt fit properly, there was a large gap around the opening window and the frame which let noise into the room.

Bathroom was terrible experience. Coffee and milk were overpriced. Service was very slow to respond. Overall stay was comfortable but not excellent.

We did early morning check in the room was spacious neat and clean. But the wifi provided was slow in speed and each time had to call reception for password as nothing was provided during check in. Reception service is bad in terms of addressing basic issues like house keeping. Morning breakfast was good and most of the items where repetitive but still there was one or two dish new over all a good stay for the given location with avg hospitality and good food. There is a big room for development in terms of being welcoming in reception.
