Brand new hotel just well placed near to all the best in providência. Waking distance to Costanera shopping mall, and easy and quick access from/to airport by taxi or subway.

Located in a quiet, tree lined neighbourhood. We felt safe walking about day and night (small town Canadians). Breakfast eateries located close. Dinning located about 1.5km away. All very walkable and as mentioned we felt safe at night walking back at 11pm.

It was perfect. I travelled solo for my friends’ wedding and it was really convinced, clean, I felt safe and the staff was very helpful. I had to check-in in the middle of the night which I was a bit nervous about but when I arrived at the hotel it was such a smooth experience.

The hotel is modern and in a great location, can walk to many places and there are lot of good restaurants near by and shopping too. Rooms are good size with modern bathroom and kept very clean by friendly , cheerful housekeeping staff. Lobby is ambient and there is a wonderful cafe that does great food and drinks. Again the staff are so friendly and welcoming and this was really consistent during my stay, everyone so kind and helpful!

Our stay at the Ola Santiago was really good. It's a new modern hotel, and the room is really clean. The staff are absolutely amazing as we had to change our flight with latam, and the airline was being difficult. I definitely recommend the hotel. In a perfect world, I'd recommend the hotel offer a box of Kleenex and a larger sink area to get ready in the morning. We also had the breakfast, which is good, but got a little bit boring on the 4th day of having breakfast at the hotel. Great hotel, I recommend staying here!
