Captain Pier Hotel

Nice hotel in Pernera, located just about 150 meters from a beautiful beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice terrace and good air conditioning. However, the all-inclusive experience was quite disappointing. The food was bland and lacked flavor, even though the ingredients seemed to be of good quality. It felt like the meals had a lot of potential but were poorly executed. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The staff seemed undertrained, which affected the service. On several occasions, we received our drinks well after we had started eating. The restaurant was also quite noisy, making it less relaxing than we had hoped. The bar area was not very cozy, and unfortunately, even in the evening, drinks and wine were served in plastic cups. Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want to stay close to the beach. I would drop the meals though!

Very terrible food the buffet was not good at all.. the taste and quality was bad. They should make changes in the buffet with better quality. The chef was route and the restaurant manager was not given attention to the costumers and to tje cleaning of the tables.

Recommended. My husband and I were there at the end of August. Newly renovated hotel 2024. Large nice rooms with air conditioning. We had all inclusive. Very good food, surprisingly varied with new dishes every day. All the service was nice and helpful, and Manolis who worked there, spoke to all the guests, ensuring we were well. This is perhaps one of the biggest advantages of slightly smaller hotel vs. the major resorts. It becomes more personal and pleasant, and not an experience of tourist industry. Cleanness and everything was tip top.

If this review was only about the hotelroom, location and staff. And how super clean the hotel was. It would be 5 stars. Could not be better. But to bad i have to include the food. It was by far the most boring and tasteless all inclusive food i have experienced. Lunch was ok. Breakfast was terrible. Dinner was boring. But still i would go again if i find a sweet deal. All inclusive does bot mean you have to eat at the hotel all the time😄.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the hotel as first guests after it was renewed and with new owners. Everything was amazing - staff, rooms, food, everything. They thought of all details. Reception desk has two ladies which are the kindest people ever. Helpful in any way, always looking for a way to improve our stay even more. We were there through the Easter holidays. Owners kindly invited us to have lunch with them, so thoughtful. So if you've read the last years reviews, ignore them. The new owners give the best possible experience you can have in a hotel. I'm looking forward too stay there again.

Fully renovated this year, with fantastic customer service and a great location and breakfast. The reception team is lovely and always ready to support! Beautiful beaches just a few meters away on foot. Highly recommended for total relax!
