We have had the best time at this hotel. When I read the reviews I was worried, but they were so wrong. All the staff are amazing they are so welcoming, and make time to chat to our children. The service was fantastic, ant meal times we were seated quickly. Once seated the drinks order was taken. As soon as the drinks and plates were empty the staff were there to take or ask for a refill. There is enough food and variety for everyone even the piccy eaters will find something. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. If we were still on the room they would come back later nothing was ever a problem. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The water park was fantastic for our children. Just out of the hotel are beautiful beaches. I really would recommend coming to this hotel. We would definitely go back there.

I want booked at this hotel but had booked the 4 star sister hotel but we were allowed to use all the facilities as it wasnt complete yet. Unfortunately, i had the pleasure of the misogynistic member of staff on the pool bar after an hour of being there so we left and didn't go back. However, I was already reluctant to attend as the horror stories about the food being cooked on bbq s full of cigarettes ends and male staff learing over young girls sounds delightful.

Great hotel. Rooms big and clean, pool area great and slides great for kids. The hotel isn’t massive which from my experience when there is a water park the hotels tend to be massive complexes, this meant no queue for slides etc. Pool bar staff great and efficient with you hardly having to wait. Snack bar great but doesn’t open to 3.30, however lunch starts being served not long after breakfast and snack bar opens shortly after lunch service so no one in our group ever felt hungry. The breakfast and lunch was great but we felt choices a bit limited at evening and opted to eat out. Staff all very friendly and helpful and a really great 3 star hotel.

Brilliant place, rooms really big, food ok.amd there was always something ypu could eat..only down fall snake bat doesnt open till 3.30 pm. Drinks were great especially the larger. Staff really nice and helpful. Water park.is fabulous. Round the pool was fab but be quick to get a sun lounger as people kust leave there towels there and go for hours in the day sp one day we had no where to lay. All.in all good area. 5 min bus drive to protaras which is a beautiful place.

Just returned from a family holiday we stayed 12 nights.. The kids loved the water park..the staff are amazing a big shout out to Vanessa Pete and all the bar staff who go above and beyond Vanessa works her socks off..Mario our Oliver loved you..just something for management to think about maybe in 40 degree heat the bar staff should wear a lighter colour other than black..fantastic stay would definitely return..also Gabriella reception staff were so welcoming

We have just returned, 2 adults 2 kids aged 6 and 9. The room was ok, enough space for 4 of us. We were lucky to have a large balcony with 4 sun beds and a small table and chairs. The beds were so uncomfortable, rock hard. We have our beds made daily but the room was only cleaned once on our stay and they changed our bathroom towels just once during our 7 night stay. Main pool was fab for kids, but the day time entertainment was not great. Just water polo or aqua aerobics. We decided to stay at this hotel as it has the water slides and splash park. Our 6 year old on the first day was allowed down every single slide. Which he loved. We returned for our 2nd day and he was told he is not tall enough for the slides. Which did ruin our time at this hotel. A couple of the lifeguards were quite rude to our children about this. The food was average, always cold. We ended up eating out most evenings. The evening entertainment wasn’t great, there is not enough room/seating to cater the amount of people at this hotel. So again, we went out most evenings. I would not return to this hotel.

We arrived later than planned and the hotel provided sandwiches, didn’t have to but did and we were grateful. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, basic, small balcony but didn’t bother us. Mattresses and pillows could be better but again, not important to us. Very clean. Fantastic over all experience but most of all, Mario (entertainer) and Pool Bar staff couldn’t have been better. Loved our stay.
