房間還可以，面積比較大。8:30還在睡夢中保潔就來敲門提供服務了。退房前收拾行李時才發現入住時前台給的單子裏有提示，説是如果不想被打擾，需要提前跟前台説或者跟客房服務説。但因為當晚有個視頻會議半個小時後就要開始了，當時急着去房間放行李，然後去餐廳買晚餐，沒有仔細看這個英文單子。 在餐廳點了兩份外帶的晚餐，有一份是螃蟹，結果拿到房間後才發現兩份都是魚。等會議結束後餐廳都關門了。早上急吼吼地走了，也沒時間去交涉，白出了10多塊美金。

酒店很陳舊，該有的設施都有，衹能説湊合用，幾乎沒有服務可言，不僅如此，黑人女前台非常不友善，滿臉戾氣，各種不耐煩，一個絕不會再去的酒店。

幾年前住過本酒店，這次重住，依然很滿意，服務熱情，設施完善

酒店房間比較大，酒店有小超市，餐廳，快餐。樓道里有製冰機，可以免費取冰。 酒店有玻璃房的游泳池，24小時開，但是沒有救生員，孩子游泳需要家長陪伴。

凱悦酒店從來沒有讓我失望。酒店裝修還比較新，裏面高端大氣。缺點是沒法訂到帶早餐的房間。餐廳早餐很貴。

很喜歡這個酒店，來美國首選，很喜歡這邊的環境，衞生也很好 環境：優美 服務：熱情 設施：完善

酒店很安靜

Room finishes are a bit worn (ceiling crack, dim lighting in bathroom). A very LOUD alarm clock in the room next door went off at 6:30am and didn’t get shut off for over 20 min. It was very annoying. The highlight is always Haydie in the breakfast area and your chef! Good thing the Ricotta Pancakes are A+.

The Ivy can definitely fit a family of 6 the best booking for a family. Spending more money on this is better than 2rooms.

Front desk was so helpful and very fast check in. The market and coffe counter was great and the restaurant Laurea on site was amazing for dinner. Had one of the best meals ever.

Looked like many people came in to use the pool from outside. They were diving into the water, creating lots of noises.

Beautiful, clean, and pleasant stay always. My expectations are met above and beyond with each stay.

This place will nickel and dime you for everything. Expect people would try and make you pay twice and unexpected “ incidental” fees
