Ulasan Art Hotel Museo

It was great and clean hotel with great amenities and a very beautiful place to stay strongly recommend.

The hotel location is good for our business purpose. The room is very clean but the decoration is a little "sad"... The bathroom is also spacious but it would be great if the bathroom would be 10 cm wider. What surprises me is that there is not even a glass in the room but 2 paper cups in the bathroom, which I think is under standard for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, it’s a 30–40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence. The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insect—though it didn’t bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.

First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice.

Good experience. better if the rooms have good walls. We heard all the things from next door.

직원들은 친절했고 청결도도 좋았어요, 단지 아쉬운점은 에어컨이 덜 시원헸습니다. 에어컨 컨디션만 좋아다면 만점이 였습니다.

絕對不會踩雷的藝術氛圍酒店，房間寬敞乾淨，門口就是麥當勞和加油站，駕車幾分鐘就到小鎮中心，很多高品質餐廳。酒店前台也非常友好

Prato非常好的四星級酒店，在意大利算環境很好的，酒店設施也都很棒，早餐種類也很多，非常值得入住，距離Firenze開車30分鐘左右

Tive uma ótima experiência no ART Museo Hotel. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa desde o check-in, sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e muito limpo, proporcionando uma estadia tranquila. O café da manhã oferecia boa variedade e produtos de qualidade. A localização também é excelente. Recomendo o hotel tanto para quem viaja a lazer quanto a trabalho e certamente me hospedaria novamente.

房價越來越高，不在市中心，出行比較方便。要是房間都配一個熱水壺能燒開水就好了

Camera pulita e spaziosa. Bagno fornito di tutto il necessario. Colazione a buffet ottima e lo stesso vale per il caffè e simili.

其他都很好，但是沒有一瓶免費的水，這是我在高檔酒店頭一次遇到的，其次冰箱裏麪收費的迷你吧，如果不是看評價根本不知道，最後我們離開的時候在一個非常隱蔽的地方發現了迷你吧的價格表，作為一個高檔酒店這點體驗很不好。其他都還行，早餐也湊合，衞生也不錯。

1、房間整體還是很舒適的，沒有評論説的那麼破舊應該是廁所翻新房間還是以前的，沒有陰暗潮濕之感。他家的空調必須窗户關閉才能開啟可以注意下 2、地理位置對於想在佛羅倫薩市內玩的朋友不友好，轉t2再轉r1，我感覺這應該是本地人平時來普拉託郊外度假的酒店，而且r1太晚了間隔時間比較久如果是女性/非自駕會不方便。（意大利打車不是天價就是不接單🤪） 3、風景很不錯，看着像加州的景拍照也好看 4、當時想付費用一下微波爐，讓餐廳人員又禮貌又冷漠地拒絕了，退房的時候工作人員也是冷漠且禮貌😊hhhh這好像是他們這邊人的禮儀習慣吧 但入住的時候是另外的工作人員很熱情。 5、早餐中規中矩吧，種類中等味道還不錯；最後很遺憾沒體驗泳池
