The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and I enjoyed having coffee in the room. The hotel had good facilities, like a gym and a nice pool, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it!

If you are a smoker do not choose here, they may accuse you of smoking in the room! The first time I checked in, I forgot that the room was not allowed to smoke, so I paid a 200 euro fine immediately after they found me, but the second time I did not smoke in the room, but because there was a record of smoking in the room, I paid a 200 euro deposit, but they confiscated my deposit and said that I smoked in the room, and they gave the reason that it smelled smoke. They gave me a room with Windows that couldn't be opened, and for someone who used 20 grams of tobacco a day, not smoking in the room could leave a smoke smell (of course I didn't feel it when I left). When I went to see them, the waiter said the manager would contact me, but did not contact me.

Cozy and comfortable. Awesome employees as well. Their shampoo smells delicious.

Fijne ervaring! De kamer was schoon en alles was in orde. Toplocatie naast het centraal station, superhandig. Zeker een aanrader!

因工作的需求到這間飯店，位子非常好，在火車站的旁邊，但是服務態度的話可以再加強一點，這裡是屬於荷蘭的中部了，已經告知飯店人員自己不會荷蘭文，不知道能不能用英語溝通，但飯店人員卻沒辦法用英語跟消費者溝通。

酒店就在阿納姆火車站的正對面位置，出行去其他地方特別方便。酒店樓下沿街有很多餐廳、麪包店、荷蘭有名的食品超市等，所以生活也是相當便利的。對了，如果第一次坐火車抵達阿納姆，記得一定要往地下層出站，我們兩個傻傻地提着行李選擇往上坐電梯出站，結果就隔着火車站與酒店兩兩相望，繞了好大一圈走過去，實際往下出站，往火車站大門走，酒店就在離大門100米處 同檔次的酒店如果在阿姆斯特丹，價位會貴一倍多，我們考慮隔天就在阿納姆附近辦事，所以還是選擇在阿納姆入住，省下來的錢用來交通，吃大餐還綽綽有餘。去阿姆斯特丹玩的話，坐火車1小時就到阿姆斯特丹中心站，去史基浦機場也有相應的火車能到。 酒店的早餐非常好吃，床墊睡得非常舒服……總體來説，我們還是相當滿意的。

Hotel is perfect gelegen naast het Centraal Station en aan de rand van het winkelcentrum. In de lobby kun je werken en een kop gratis thee of koffie meenemen. Het personeel is jong en informeel. De kamers zijn niet groot, maar wel een goed bed en badkamer. Helaas troffen we de doodzonde aan voor iedere hotelkamer: een fles glijmiddel van vorige gasten onder het bed. Alhoewel de kamer niet vies was, is dit natuurlijk wel een aandachtspunt.

Hotel in centrum van Arnhem nabij station. Prima nette kamer. Geen buitenruimte. Ontbijtzaal op bovenverdieping met mooi uitzicht

Fijn verblijf gehad in het Ibis hotel. Vriendelijke medewerkers en een lekker ontbijt. De kamer had alles wat je nodig hebt als je een nachtje ergens wil overnachten.
