The location is very good. It is near the tram stop and bus stop for the airport. There is a little dust on the sofa and in the nooks of the room. The hair dryer is not very good, if you have long hair you will need at least half an hour to dry it. The management system is not very good, before I checked out, someone knocked and opened my room door at 9 a.m. (check out time is 12 p.m.) I didn't know who it was but I thought it was the housekeeper. However, the receptionist is very nice and you can leave your luggage after checking out.

The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the train station, bus station, and old town! Nice location. Super near to many attractions. Very bad service? I forgot to bring my charger and was trying to ask for the customer service for help. They are not willing to at first🥲 The hotel is nice. However, it doesn’t have the remote control for the air conditioner 😅 very big bathroom.

I tell you how I really feel. My room is quite large at the end of the room. I think the room is well decorated and suits me very well! The hygiene is normal, but when I checked the room at the hotel on the first day, I saw some long hair on the bed which was a little bit not good😅. The hotel's fitness room is not far away from the basement of another hotel and is very well equipped. The staff were very helpful as I had some things to call to other European countries and they were very nice to help me with their own mobile phones. There is a Michelin 2021 Chinese restaurant downstairs, but I didn’t try it because I didn’t have time.

This hotel was renovated from a rich man's house. It's really special and nice. The rooms are very spacious and the ceilings are high. My mom really liked it. The staff is also very friendly!! The location is very close to Charles Bridge, so it was easy to get around. It's a 10-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock.
