Хороший отель за свои деньги. Рядом трамвайная остановка, на трамвае 10 минут до центра города. Бесплатная парковка. Очень чисто. Свежий ремонт.

Als erstes hatten wir statt einem 4 mann Zimmer ein 2 mann zimmer bekommen. Das ging überhaupt nicht. Nach ungefähr 45 min warten wurde das Zimmer dann endlich getauscht. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges kam vom Personal. Bis auf eine Person die etwas deutsch spricht konnte es keiner dort. Zu allem übel warteten wir über 30 Minuten um einen Tisch im Frühstücksraum zu bekommen.sämtliche sachen waren alle ,toast Erdbeer Tee usw...was einfach nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde.

So quility is very good and room is very clean. Location is perfect to enjoy the tour. There are lots of services in the hotel that we can enjoy. I think it is the best hotel that i have stayed in europe so far. Thank you for your services and i am very pleased and comfortable while i was staying here.

The hot water supply fluctuated between scalding and freezing, turning bathing into a torturous nightmare! Additionally, our room had a cracked mirror. We requested a room change, but we were told that there are no vacancies. The reception then promises a mirror replacement the following day but it never happen.

First things first, this place is a steal for the price. You get a lot for what you pay, which is always a win in my book. Getting downtown was easy with the public transport right outside. Made exploring the city a breeze! And if you're driving, the hotel provide free parking, which is a big plus. No worrying about parking fees. Breakfast was top-notch – lots of yummy options to start the day right. Having someone at the front desk 24/7 was super handy. They were always there to help out whenever I needed anything. Shoutout to Yurii – he really went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. Big thanks to him! Overall, if you're looking for a great place to stay in Prague this hotel is the way to go.

Amazing space! Breakfast is delicious and totally worth it, location is great because the tram is super close and you can get anywhere in prague in like 20min. I had to figure out so much stuff for my trip and Dalia at the front desk helped me so much. The Tesco across the street is open 24/7 which was also super great

Clean and well staffed hotel. Cancer Ward smoking area outside front doors my only issue. Comfortable bed with good sized ensuite. Good food and excellent beer at good prices in hotel restaurant. No gym, but gym access can be given by voucher for the gym across road in shopping centre. Gym is big and very noisy.

Third time to be at this hotel and as always, it was excellent. Hotel is really lovely and modern. Nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff! Rooms where comfortable and cozy. Hotel is centrally located. Tram and bus stops are near by and easy to use. Highly recommended!
