Terima kasih, ini adalah hotel terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi seumur hidup saya. Berhati-hatilah saat Anda membayar pajak secara tunai. Mereka memberi Anda struk yang salah dan meminta Anda membayar lagi saat check out. Mereka bahkan memberikan komentar rasis untuk India dan China. Mereka mengambil deposit meskipun Anda membayar penuh dan mereka memotong uang dari deposit tersebut meskipun Anda tidak setuju. Staf mereka mengambil barang-barang dari mini bar dan mereka akan memberi tahu Anda bahwa Anda telah menghabiskan barang-barang tersebut. Berhati-hatilah. Saya dengan hormat meminta semua wisatawan India dan China untuk menghindari pemesanan hotel ini.

Location was good. Centrally located. Breakfast wasn't that great with minimal options. Front counter customer service wasn't that impressive . There wasn't a feel of "WELCOME".

Nice location. Super near to many attractions. Very bad service? I forgot to bring my charger and was trying to ask for the customer service for help. They are not willing to at first🥲 The hotel is nice. However, it doesn’t have the remote control for the air conditioner 😅 very big bathroom.

Old palace hotel. Not easy for the luggage. But location and Breakfast worth a five stars hotel. Breakfast everyday is delicious and impressive.

在布拉格老城邊上，很方便的地段，樓下有很多吃的、逛的，旁邊有家很大的麥當勞。房間算比較大的了，設施在歐洲酒店中算完善的。
