Stolen wallet due to no basic security. A homless couple was just staying the night in the common room and apparently grabbed my jacket on the way out. I myself could enter at 3 in the night by just pressing the button on the door. As the lady from the police later said: pretty ironic name...

This hostel is in a great location. The staff are friendly. My friend Mike broke the toilet door in the room and treated the staff very poorly but they were professional throughout and did not charge for the door. Would recommend but I’ll never go on holiday with my friend Mike again.

The hotel is conviently located except only towards the last bit where you have to walk through small alleys. However we checked in late at night and were met by the worst staff who yelled at us and was disrespectful, mannerless and did not know what hospitality means. She yelled at me saying i have not checked my email where she sent details regarding online check in and was jot ready to listen that there was no link in the email which i could have used to online check in. She sent an email again while we were at reception and told us to check in online. Again the email did not have any links. Apparently she was lazy enough that she did not herself want to actually work and check us in. I have read previous similar reviews about the same lady here but i guess the hotel owners do not care

We arrived, the computer system didn't work. After some long waiting time we could finally get checked in and helped. They charged the money from my credit card but this didn't went through the first minute. Then I had to pay with my card at the desk. I paid but suddenly my credit card is charged as well. I go back and show them everything (i can prove the money got taken from my account twice) and they would sort it out. We stayed for 4 days and after those days still no help. They promised me to get the money back in a few days. After 2 weeks i sent them en email and no response. Then I called them and they promised me (again) they would fix it. Now I'm 2 months later and 3 calls, 4 emails are unanswered. For me this is my worst experience ever with a hostel in my life. DON'T GO THERE, they will rip you off sadly enough!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cette auberge. Étant 4 filles nous avons pu profiter de la chambre réservée aux femmes. L’auberge est bien située dans la ville. Elle est très fonctionnelle (avec une cuisine, un bar, un espace commun, etc). Néanmoins, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à dormir car notre chambre donnait sur la rue au premier étage, un samedi soir, et des gens criaient/sifflaient/parlaient. De plus notre lit à étage grinçait beaucoup. La dame qui nous a accueilli était très gentille !
