因為要到附近藝術館公幹，所以選擇了這間酒店，一開始預訂的時候價錢比較平，隨着越來越接近藝術館的日子，房價便開始貴了，但整體都算不錯

Breakfast was excellent, with several tasty choices. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nice staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Nice paintings on the wall. It was easy to go by tram to the city center. Nice bedding clothes. We traveled with a group.

4 friends and I stayed at the hotel for one night. Check in with as simple. The reception staff were helpful and informative. They let us know about local transport, discounts and the best ways to get around the city. We were offered complimentary drinks and we also booked the spa at the point of check in for the 5 or us. Check in was at 2pm and we booked the spa for 3pm. The spa was simple, clean, relaxing and enjoyable. There is a jacuzzi, infrared sauna, steam sauna, ice bath and relaxation room. We were given towels. We had a two bedroom family room with 5 beds. It’s was clean. Simple and comfortable. There was complimentary wine, water and coffee in the room. There were plenty of towels, body wash and lotion, vanity kit and shampoo. We asked the restaurant in the evening if we could have our food in our room after a long day of exploring Prague. They were very accommodating and boxed up our meals for us to collect. We all had a burger and fries. It was delicious, hot and great value at £17 for the meal. On checkout we were given details of a sister hotel in the City centre Wenceslas Square Hotel where we were able to store our luggage while we explored on day two. Before we made our way to the hotel Wenceslas also offered us complimentary drinks on the roof terrace which has beautiful views over the City. I highly recommend

We selected this hotel because it has good location and great staff. Moreover the beds are comfy and food is great with wide selection. Parking is easy and has a great spa. You can anything you need in the neighborhood in walking distance. The downtown is not far if you wanna see the city.

Friendly reception, really good experience. The brakfast has wide selection of food. The restaurant provide quality food for supper. The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by lots of shopping places and restaurant if you wants something new.

Such an amazing experience we had stayed at this hotel. This trip was for my dad’s birthday and he couldn’t be more happier with everything the hotel did to make his day more special. Vlad at the front desk is a great example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make everything work and make our stay amazing. The way he explained everything what we needed with the smile on his face. He’s so friendly and professional. Even if it’s so cold he still had no doubt to went outside himself to help and to make sure we will have enough space for parking. A huge shout out for him and his amazing work. Breakfasts really good, a great choice of food, everything fresh, great value. Wellness aria is super clean, nice cozy space to relax. Also a big thank you to Bogdana, she’s such sweet and friendly person, so professional. Was such a pleasure to be welcomed by her for breakfast and wellness. We definitely be back with our whole family. Anna managing everything really good!

Friendlyy staff. Rooms and hotel are clean. The soap smells fantastic. The breakfast buffet is good. The spa is nice too, everything is availabme there, two saunas, jacuzzi, cold water bucket. Everything was really good. The location us somewhat away from the city center, but the neighboorhood is very trendy imand is also worth a visit

Great looking hotel located in good location (3 mins walking to 2 tram stops - 15 minutes from center). Great wellness, very nice breakfast, great, pleasant and clean rooms. And to be honest, it’s really hard to find that pleasant and nice attendants and receptionists. Nice work guys! Thanks for a pleasant stay, which I can only recommend.

We loved our stay here! The hotel sits in this cool local neighborhood with lots of young people around, plenty of shops and super easy public transport connections nearby. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff - they were just amazing. Everyone from Vlad from the reception, to the lovely Nicola & Daniyar at the cafe - they all genuinely cared and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was great with a great selection. Loved all the little surprises and personal touches. If you want to experience the real city and meet some of the warmest hotel staff, definitely stay here.
