Hotel merkur has a rustic ambience with its classic exterior and modern interior. Its location is within walking distance to downtown prague. It even provides free parking which is a huge help in the city. Highly recommended and will revisit in future!

The place is really nice and clean. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. I will be back here for sure.

大きなキャリーケース持っていたので、駅近だったのはありがたかったです。 部屋はウッド調な感じで可愛らしく、ミニバー(有料)もありました。バスタブも付いていたので、お風呂でゆっくり湯船に浸かれたのもポイント高いです！ また、朝食付きのプランを予約し、大正解でした！ チーズやサラミ・ハムなども沢山あり、どれも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト時にはお水とプラハ城のマグネットをプレゼントでもらいました！

説實話非常的不及預期，這個價格的酒店環境很一般，而且大熱天沒空調，熱到我晚上睡不着，第二天還好找前天拿了小風扇吹，房間也很小很舊的感覺

걸어다니기도 트램타기도 좋은 위치에요. 객실은 깔끔하고 조식도 맛있어요. 저는 아주 만족했어요. 단 객실에 에어컨이 없기때문에 너무더운날 머문다면 불만족할수있을것같아요.

에어컨은 없었고, 시설이 조금 낡긴 했으나 전체적으로 깔끔했어요. 베드버그도 없었고, 조식메뉴가 매일 같기는하나 맛있어요!

三星的住宿，但是隻是住一晚的話，300元的價格，性價比很高

기분좋은 2박이였습니다 프라하에 다시오면 이곳에 또 머물고싶네요 아침식사도 훌륭하고 직원이 친절합니다

出行方便，衞生乾淨，風景宜人。

裝修都好新淨，佢個電梯就話維修緊，如果個行李呢係高層就，辛苦啲啦

We’ve just returned from Prague after staying at this hotel. This is a no frills hotel, rooms are very basic but clean. They do have coffee making facilities and a small mini bar. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Good location.

Visited the Merkur hotel from 1-4th December. Positive points Hotel is in an ideal location to visit the old town (5-10 mins walk). Breakfast is continental style with nice cakes. No English breakfast tea bags. Negative points Advertised as having a bar, none available for our visit. Room 410, We had no kettle, hair dryer, fridge lead was not long enough to reach the wall socket. All these where rectified after complaining to staff TV not working was told Ariel was broken whilst renovating room. Each window had a different type of blind with no curtains. Flooring had chips in laminate and gaps. Chairs in the room had loose arms. Room next to ours was being renovated and was woken at 08:00 hrs and carried on until I complained at 18:30hrs to reception. When we arrived home we complained again this time to our travel agent and the hotel denied we had complained at the time of our stay to reception stating they would have moved us if we had. Why did they put us in that room knowing next door was being renovated and would be noisy in the first place??.

I experienced some excellent service, from some very friendly and professional staff. They helped me with an important matter and they could not be kinder to me. Thank you so much! Fantastic location too. I would highly recommend this place.
