The hotel is super clean and comfort，and the facilities are almost keepind good and environment is quite cozy

Molto comodo da raggiungere coi mezzi pubblici. Personale gentile, parlano anche italiano. Camera pulitissima e con ogni confort. L 'unico neo la TV trasmetteva in oltre 50 canali stranieri tranne che in italiano. Colazione con buffet ricco e sostanzioso.

This hotel is a big No-no! Please stay away for your own sake as your stay here may ruin your entire experience in beautiful Prague. I cannot hide my disappointment. We arrived last night, expecting to see a clean superior room but found a room with filthy stains on the sofa. But this is not the biggest problem with this hotel. There is no hot water and the staff are dishonest about this issue. We accepted to be moved to another room, however, it is a downgrade, of which we were not advised in advance and when I raised the issue, the receptionist did nothing about it, not even a partial refund. The water in this room is tepid and you can only have a minute shower without feeling too cold. When you go down at breakfast at 8:50 you will not find a free table to sit and will have to wait. The breakfast, I would not recommend, probably the worst I’ve seen in a 4 star hotel. Do not waste your money! Don’t ruin your Prague experience!

Overall this hotel is a convenient pick for a short stay in Prague. The rooms are quite outdated but they do the job. Can’t beat the proximity to tram station.

Staff were welcoming and always on hand. Close to a major transport hub, walking distance to a lot of things and old town was a 25 min walk away, with the river very close to the hotel.

Not fancy but a hotel with Culture and Spirit. Easy to reach from the Airport by bus and tram. Near all "have to see" in Prag. My favorit!

Very good value for money, we booked through ******* as part of the package. Checked in online prior to arriving, and the room was ready early, which allowed us additional time to get out and explore. Good location and not far from many main attractions and transport links. Staff friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room was unclean, hairs everywhere and dirty floor. Sheets and bedding stained and bathroom taps not working properly, meaning baths had to be run from the shower head. Would stay again, and the pros did outweigh the cons of the hotel.

Absolutely dire! The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. Otherwise if you wanted a shower in the morning get up early as otherwise you will find the hot water has run out. Tried a shower in the evening - obviously everyone else doing the same as yet again ran out of hot water. Staff on reception not really that interested as I suspect they have heard it all before. Stayed here many times in the past and all was good - seemingly new management that really couldn't give a damn!! Avoid at all costs!

We loved our stay at this very comfortable hotel. It was a perfect location, away from old town but a very easy walk to cross the water at the Charles Bridge An added bonus was the monsterous shopping mall, just a few blocks away. We did not easily notice it from the road. Breakfast, which was included with our room was outstanding. Lots of choice and very helpful staff. If we get back to Prague, we would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is nice. It is clean. The breakfast is very good. Our issue with this hotel was the beds and the lack of response from management about our complaint. Our bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely soft. We brought this to the attention of the desk clerk and asked for a different room. He told us all the beds in the hotel are soft. So I asked him to relay our request for a different room to the hotel manager. Two days went by without him following up. Finally I asked the clerk what had been the response from the manager and he said sorry but they would not be buying new beds. Frankly, I don’t believe this clerk actually relayed my message to the manager. We would not recommend this hotel. We would not stay here again.
