Great location Kept tidy but the rooms ars very tiered and dated Breakfast was I'm afraid awful Quite noisy in the early ours but it's a capital city loads of building work all around so be expected to hear a lot of noise from 7am

Perfect hotel in city center, walking distance for all tourists attraction , Charles Bridge approximately 20 minutes walking, breakfast was good , they have water kettle and small fridge, theres construction work in street but you not hear any thing in hotel is very quiet.

Location is very accessible to tourists spots. Room is quite spacious. Food in breakfast buffet has good selections. Overall I would recommend this hotel

It’s a very nice and quiet hotel. The breakfast was quite good, the staff were hospitable, and the room was very clean and comfortable. In front of the building is the Mustek metro station, which connects the “A” and “B” metro lines, and down the block is the Duplex rooftop club.

Near to everything

- Unfortunately services and facilities did not match the expectations as it was mentioned or as per Brand image. Dirty cups, missing utensils, nonfunctional coffee machine, dirty stinky fridge, nearly empty shampoo sets, old towels do not suit the image of the Ramada brand.  + Location is only the biggest asset for this particular Hotel. Close to all major attractions. Room was big enough but seems old and need cosmetic repairs. - Customer care is another point to be improved. For parking,were instructed to come first to the Reception even-though informed them that due to road blockage, it was not possible to enter center. After struggling for nearly 1.5 hour,  managed to arrive at reception then came to know that the hotel parking was closed and have to use public parking. They could have informed beforehand during the call. Greeting to guests is not norm here. However, Mr Rafat was particularly extremely helpful and professional.  - Breakfast is just normal, not so many varieties and congested room. Overall, disappointed with stay but Prague is always beloved city.  

There was no hot water on the first night I arrived. TV doesnt work. Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Great location just down from the National Museum, walking distance to everything, all sights, museums, castles and churches, rail and subway right there as well. Note: rail into city center from airport about three euro, taxi about 45 euro. Value was great at €55 a night, but price went up to €100 when I enquirer about extending.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

Staffs are nice. They suggested different attractions to me. Toilet is big, clean and tidy.

Located in convenience place, and breakfast is also good. But the staff only replace the towel, Not do any cleaning or bed. Not reasonable price.

Nice but the bathroom kind of dirty and smelly bedrooms

The room is large, clean and tidy. There is a kettle, which is very convenient for making tea. The service is warm and the front desk can help call a taxi. The price is a bit more expensive than the usual Uber. The location is very good, close to Prague Old Town, Astronomical Clock, Havel Market, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is very close to the Lesser Town Church, Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and other attractions.
