Amazing hotel!totally recommend.nice area.friendly stuff.great breakfast.

Nice hotel with good service attitude of the entire staff. Room is a little small but well equipped. Big variety and delicious breakfast.

The location is very good. It is near the tram stop and bus stop for the airport. There is a little dust on the sofa and in the nooks of the room. The hair dryer is not very good, if you have long hair you will need at least half an hour to dry it. The management system is not very good, before I checked out, someone knocked and opened my room door at 9 a.m. (check out time is 12 p.m.) I didn't know who it was but I thought it was the housekeeper. However, the receptionist is very nice and you can leave your luggage after checking out.

Perfect Location, Very cosy rooms, Very modern decor with great condition

The hotel is quite modern with a quality of breakfast. It’s situated at above 2.5 km from old town with an easy access to tramp and metro. I would recommend it.

In the app it said the room has a balcony and a table. There were none of those.

Big room, renovated room, great price !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we entered the building we were welcomed by a lovely receptionist who was genuinely friendly and very helpful. The building and the room were clean and spacious. The location was very handy and close to the tram and metro. We loved the fact breakfast was from 6:30 until 11am and checkout at 12:00..(not many hotels have that) so that was amazing to be able to enjoy breakfast without rushing to make sure you have to pack up and check out quickly. Breakfast was also great, big variety of fresh things and we loved the herb garden. I'm a chef and I really appreciated fresh chives on my scrambled eggs. We will definitely be back again.

Great breakfast buffet and excellent service. The bus station to Cesky Krumlov is just a few minutes from the hotel. Very convenient location. Highly recommended.

WE really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good the location(near to all kind of transport(tram, bus, metro )/the breakfast/the service.. I really recommand it. The staff is nice especially the girls. Only one Guy with the beard was not that friendly the moment of check-in ( even though i don't judge maybe he has a tough Time that day 😇).

The hotel is well situated and it is very clean. It can be a little noisy but overall, a nice place

Good location

We stayed at Vienna House for the last two days of our 6 day trip to Prague. They let us drop our luggage off early (7:00am), before we got our bus for a day trip outside of Prague. When we dropped off the bags, our room was ready so they let us check in early. Great service, clean rooms, and comfortable bed! The location is an easy walk to the tourist spots, and there are some great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We found Uber highly unreliable in early morning hours (excellent later morning-evening), so we chose this hotel because of the reliable driving service to the airport. It was comparable in cost to what we paid for an Uber XL from the airport to Old Town when we landed. Highly recommend!
