Altis Porto Hotel

Amazing quiet location close to downtown and with great views of the Douro river, very comfortable hotel with straight forward approach to 5 star service. Small Food and Beverage operation, but very high quality. Excellent SPA facilities. The staff was amazing. Super friendly, efficient, pro active.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff throughout are extremely friendly, very helpful and truly dedicated to keeping guests comfortable. They remember little details throughout our stay. They also took a great deal of time to guide us on our visit to Porto. The building is new and beautifully designed. Our room had a great view of the river and a nice balcony. Everything in the room was exceptional. The linens, towels, soaps - all were top quality. Lastly, the food in the bar and restaurant were remarkable. Eggs Benedict for breakfast, with the hollandaise made fresh to order, was delicious. The club sandwich in the bar was the best I’ve ever eaten (and I’ve eaten a great many). We truly can’t recommend this hotel enough. It was exceptional in every aspect. If they reviewed Porto, I think you’d find the Altus Porto in their guide.

We selected this hotel for a weeks trip to Port in July to August. When we arrived to the hotel we immediately learned that this is a great hotel. Starting with the checkin experience where you can sit down and are offerred refreshment while checking in. Our room was very welcoming and looks great. We had a river view room and could enjoy looking ad the lovely Duoro river from our balcony even if a tree across the road blocks the view a little. The view from the rooftop bar which was not open yet when we stayed there, will be even better as there you will see over the trees. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel all mornings. You have a small buffet with good options and a kitchen which is ready to cook eggs, backon, pancakes and more if you need. The restaurant is a good option for dinner if you want some fine dining with excellent food and even better service. The hotel also has bar area where you can get traditional and special coctails and snacks. All members of staff are very helpful and will do everything they can do to make your stay as good as possible and help you with travel advice and bookings. I like the location of this hotel, close to the crystal palace gardens, 15 minute walk to downtown area and bus very close by.

Hotel incrível no centro do Porto, junto ao Palácio de Cristal. O conforto e o estilo de vida saudável encontram-se de uma maneira muito própria. O nosso quarto tinha vista para o Rio Douro e a cama era um sonho. Jantamos no restaurante Exuberante onde as palavras ficam curtas para descrever o jantar incrível que tivemos, uma oferta que nunca tinha visto no Porto. Estão todos de parabéns.

Avec ses 5 étoiles l’ALTIS PORTO, nouvellement implanté dans la capitale du Nord, est un petit hôtel de luxe design bien situé à l’écart des rues passantes trop bruyantes. L’accueil dans le magnifique hall très moderne est personnalisé et convivial. Très sympathique et toujours à l’écoute, le personnel fait tout pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible Avec vue sur le fleuve, les chambres sont belles et bien agencées avec des matériaux de qualité mais, à mon avis, trop petites pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. J’aurais également aimé plus d’espace pour le rangement et une salle de bains plus spacieuse. Servi de 7:00 à 10:30 dans le restaurant l’EXUBERANTE situé au rez de chaussée, le petit-déjeuner est magnifique avec des plats raffinés et des desserts délicieux. Le personnel en est à ses débuts et n’est pas encore tout a fait à niveau pour le service mais la bonne volonté et le sourire sont toujours là pour vous mettre de bonne humeur. Ayant eu l’occasion de déjeuner dans ce même restaurant j’ai beaucoup apprécié la carte et notamment les camarão de Péniche accompagné d’un riz vert aux herbes -arroz de grelos- aussi surprenant que délicieux. Encore une bonne note lors du départ avec un check-out très rapide et l’aide précieuse des portiers pour charger les bagages dans le taxi.

Fim de semana muito bom neste hotel, ótima localização, serviço de qualidade e pequeno almoço muito variado. Vista panorâmica do rio e muito central. Piscina interior e outra exterior no rooftop. Os empregados são muito prestáveis e atenciosos

Dias fantásticos passados com amigos no Altis Porto Hotel. Chegámos numa 6a feira bastante tarde e fomos logo muito bem recebidos. O staff é muito simpático e atencioso. O hotel é novo, óptima localização e está muito bem decorado, e o pequeno-almoço é excelente. Pena ter que ir embora. Altamente recomendado para quem quer visitar o Porto.

A nossa estadia no Altis Porto Hotel foi especial. Viajámos após uma situação familiar delicada e partimos para o Porto para espairecer de um momento duro vivido. Fomos recebidos por uma equipa inexcedível que tudo fez para que nos sentíssemos bem! Desde o pequeno-almoço ao jantar tudo correu bem. O restaurante Exuberante está muito bem decorado e tem óptimo ambiente. As refeições foram óptimas e carregadas de sabor, apesar do serviço ter demorado um pouco, compreensível pelo hotel ser novo. Serviram-nos um cocktail de assinatura a experimentar! Chama-se Bimi! Alugámos 2 quartos e ficámos virados para o Rio Douro com uma vista deslumbrante nesta cidade linda. Cada vez que voltávamos ao quarto era uma maravilha sermos recebidos por esta vista. O quarto com um tamanho bom sem ser muito grande. A cama com um tamanho bom e muito confortável. A TV fabulosa e boa para ver filmes deitado. O WC não é muito grande mas tem um chuveiro que é de sonho, a fazer lembrar chuva. Deixou saudades! Por último a localização é espectacular, ao lado do Palácio de Cristal e a 5 minutos a pé do museu Soares dos Reis, que vale a pena visitar. Para quem goste de andar a pé está a 600 metros da Torre dos Clérigos e da Livraria Lello o que é espectacular! Está perto do centro sem estar no meu da confusão da cidade! É perfeito! Dica: Logo à saída do hotel tem uma loja ao lado com peças muito giras! Vale a pena visitar. Deu para descansar e passear. Claramente iremos voltar!
