Very beautiful, comfortable country house "Tenuta Margherita", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1905, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 1.5 km from the centre of Portacomaro, 4 km from the centre of Asti, outside the resort, 30 km from the centre of Alba, in a sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), south-west facing position. It's a very nicely renovated house. The owner has preserved the character of the house. You have the feeling of living in an original Italian farmhouse. The house is in a very quiet location, but still central, i.e. all places worth seeing can be reached
