Every single person who helped me during my stay was excellent. I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. Each area of the hotel was clean and beautiful, comfortable in every way. The architecture and art are so elegant, it was a privilege to spend time in the space and be a guest of this community. The meal I had was incredible and the young man who waited on me made sure I was comfortable and all of my needs were met. This was the best experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Very comfortable accommodation in a building that combines modern and indigenous style and decoration. The staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere was (mostly!) very welcoming.
The staff at teception sometimes seemed quite confused when responding to quite straight forward enquiries e.g."Could we have some more coffee for our room..." The staff in the bar and breakfast room seemed much more on it!

Best 3 star hotel! The room was very clean and the hotel has amazing indigenous interior design. Their complementary breakfast was decent as well.
I can recommend my friends to stay here if they plan to visit Port Hardy!

Nice property but the walls are very thin so you can hear niose from the hallway and adjacent rooms.
The rooms and facilities were clean but hallways were in bad need of vacuuming.
That being said, the stay was good.

Lovely hotel that seemed quite new. Spacious rooms with very nice decor. Attached restaurant was busy but great food when we got in. Breakfast was included but we had to leave for the ferry before it even started. It would be nice for them to make an earlier breakfast or grab bag for ferry passengers.
