Ac doesn't work in ac room, no towels, no toiletries in room, no complimentary water bottle in room, mattress tv wasn't working had to get it repaired later. Can't open windows. Terrible food. Please don't visit this hotel.

The hosts are very helpful and humble people. The place is quite secluded but the service is good and the food is tasty. Place is far from main city centre, airport or ferrry point.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to florence that much better

This hotel not providing the facilities that mentioned in the brochure. No ventilation- no air flow, it is a very small room, bed is too small( as we booked a room for three person and they charged 1800 for a day)

Services weren't up to mark, there was no kettle kept in room, bedsheet were not clean and moreover there was an electricity issues on first day, there was a shortage of staff when we asked them to clean the room in the evening. They didn't offer any pick and drop services to airport and was trying to charge extra for everything basic which should have been included in the booking itself. Hotel food was too expensive to order and we didn't feel valued at all. We didn't took any photos
